Omg!! I have been driving by this place for months now and I've been meaning to make a stop and check them out. Finally had a chance today and I AM BLOWN AWAY!!! So many different flavored popsicles. Service was great. The guy working behind was very friendly and offered me to try a Mexican cheese with guava and OMG!! It's to die for. So we got the Mexican/guava popsicle and a Ferrero roche popsicle. So yummy!! Ambiance was great. Cute little corner location. Plenty of parking Definitely check this place out. Dropped in to their out the cold treats. I got here for 11AM, opening time however they did not open until 11:10AM. There was one young lady operating the store, so I get it. For starters I tried their Mexican cheese cream and the flavor was mild and chewy. Unique to say the least. I tried the Avocado popsicle and it was how I expected a frozen green smoothie would taste with extra creaminess. I wanted to order the Mango Chamoy popsicles however they were out. I was offered the choice to make my own, which I gladly made a mango ice cream with chamoy topping. Sweet and salt. Happy that I stopped in and tried something new. Amazing little spot for Mexican treats! They have ice creams, popsicles, mangonadas, aguas frescas, and more! The variety on the ice cream and paletas is amazing with lots of good flavors and they have some fun, creative sundaes and whatnot. My waffle bowl sundae was so delicious and a really good value for how much ice cream I got. Bf's mangonada wasn't great. Far too icy/frozen and impossible to drink. Would order with ice cream/sorbet instead of ice next time. We were super indecisive and the people working were very patient and helpful. How has it taken me this long to visit this place?! Amazing sweet treats with traditional Mexican flavors. I got a gansito paleta which is a traditional snack cake, sitting in the middle of sweet ice cream. They give you options to dip in chocolate. You can do half or full dips. Staff was super nice. I've driven past La Artesanal so many times and always thought, I need to check it out! Tonight was the night! Hubby and I came in on a weeknight and the store was super quiet. We were greeted by two staff who helped us. The store is small but they fit plenty of tables and chairs as well as two tables outside. I chose to do a key lime ice cream with dark chocolate dip. The chocolate was perfectly hardened and the key lime was sweet and tart. The perfect combination and it was such a sweet treat! There was so many flavors and options that I had a hard time choosing so must go back to try another popsicles! This is a hidden gem in Oakland Park for sures! Amazing place for Mexican style paletas. I had gone to El Guanaco for dinner and saw this on the way there. It was a must stop to finish the night. I had the rose petal paleta and was super impressed. They have a wide selection of flavours that you wouldn't normally see anywhere else such as avocada, mexican cheese, passion fruit and the list goes on and on. So good. We were looking for ice cream in the area and stumbled upon La Artesanal. It's a quaint little ice cream shop serving tons of flavors of popsicles and scoops of ice cream. We decided on a pistachio popsicle covered in chocolate. It was super rich and the pistachio flavor was really good. My daughter got the strawberry cheesecake covered in chocolate and of course sprinkles. It would have been cool if they sold smaller versions for kids because unfortunately my daughter couldn't finish the whole thing. The chunks of strawberry were so fresh. They offer so many different and fun flavors of pops, both creamy and not. Regular ice cream with some of the same flavors is available if preferred. I loved the different textures the toppings created. My only criticism is that there was a tad bit too much dulce de leche filling for my liking, but I just didn't eat it.
