I'm going to say it... they are undeniably serving some of the BEST cookies in Broward County! Freshly baked, generously sized, and absolutely delicious! And their freshly made gourmet popcorn? What made our visit even sweeter was the team. Everyone was personable, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic about their products. The customer service was impeccable! Small little location with only 2 parking spots and a drive through window available. Only downfall is with only one way around the location, you may get stuck in the drive through line waiting for another customer to get their order in the drive through line before you can exit so not logistically ideal design wise. But, order and enjoy your treat with 2 benches available in front of the order window. Nice and clean and a good menu offering great flavors. My son has the coconut gelato and I ordered the grape gelato. The custard itself had an unusual flavor itself like a hint of mint or something. It was nice and creamy otherwise. The Italian ice had great flavor and the coconut had coconut shavings but it was icy compared to a smoother watery Italian ice. Over the flavors were nice but not the best Italian ice as my preference would be a more smoother texture in the Italian ice compared to the icy texture.

We saw the Fort Lauderdale Marshmallow Company on a tv segment recently and it looked really good…read moreand added it to our list of spots we wanted to try. We came to the location on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't very busy. It's located in the Razzleberry's Ice Cream shop in Fort Lauderdale, near the beach, with plenty of free parking in the shopping center. We entered the location and we were warmly greeted by one of their employees. They have their marshmallows facing the front door and the ice cream to the side towards the back. They have a nice variety of daily marshmallows, and we selected five different ones, all of which were outstanding! We couldn't really pick a favorite. I'd probably say the marshmallows were about 2-2.5 inches. It was hard to tell how big they were based on photos. We definitely look forward to returning the next time we're in the Fort Lauderdale area!

I was greeted quickly after entering & the employee was very friendly. You'll see the marshmallow display as soon as you enter, it's hard to miss. Although it's on the smaller side, sharing the space with an ice cream shop, there's some seating available inside if you want to enjoy your treat there. They offer a menu of rotating flavors but the selection was a bit limited when I visited. I personally found one that sounded (and tasted) delicious but I can see where someone might not be a fan of the small flavor selection. I also think having a regular plain & regular chocolate option would be smart to offer. The marshmallows were absolutely delicious. They're fluffy, airy & perfectly sweet (but not overpowering). They're also a good size & not priced too high for what you get. These really are the perfect snack for marshmallow lovers. Hopefully next time I visit there will be more options to choose from because I definitely enjoyed the one I got.

I always have wanted to try paletas (Mexican frozen treats), so we went to the store. It was small and cute and looked like an old-fashioned candy shop. The lady behind the counter was very helpful. There were no signs on the frozen treats with sticks, nor were there any signs on the ice cream in the case. We wanted the paletas and asked for a list of flavors. She pointed to a row (of about 12) treats made with milk and another row of treats made without milk, and she named each one as she pointed to it. Most boasted fresh fruit as the main flavor. We both got treats with milk; he got passion fruit and I got rum and raisin. We decided that the milk overpowered the passion fruit flavor and next time we would get it in a plain fruit bar (sin leche). The rum and raisin was divine. The flavors also included coffee, cookies and cream, strawberry, guava, and coconut (to name a few). There wasn't any mango (that would have been my first choice). I spied prepackaged candy-coated peanuts. I couldn't pass up getting a bag, and it was one of the best I have ever had. At about $4 each for the homemade treats, we think it was worth the splurge. We hope to stop by the next time we are in the area. I can hear the coconut and the guava calling out to me.
