Aubi and Ramsa had me at first lick with the samples outside, had to stop in. What a cute spot! Has the vibe of an elevated cocktail lounge inside hard rock, with the most adorable little pints of ice cream. I had the baileys infused one, so smoooth and delicious! 10/10

The price point is about $12 each, but it's well worth the price for how good they taste. it's similar to a bar experience, but with ice cream. definitely worth a try.

This was a cute little place. The fun of going here is the sophisticated vibes inside and the unique dessert. We went after the Hard Rock the Holidays event. All the ice cream is pre-made and served in little containers. We ordered a virgin strawberry margarita for our daughter (there were only two virgin options). I had French Strawberry Mimosa, and my husband had Chocolate & Amaretto. I thought they tasted good. It was a unique experience but not somewhere I'd necessarily seek out again. My 3-year-old knows we had leftover of hers but she never asked to have more.

They are open late so you can go before or after hitting the slot machines, catching dinner or hitting the club. Additionally, they serve alcoholic beverages and light hors d'oeuvres. This would be a really cool spot for a private event or for a date night. 10/10 I recommend.

I got the Key Lime Martini flavor and my fiancé went with the Lucky Brownie. Both were SO good! The alcohol wasn't overpowering at all and the flavors were spot on. Such a fun and well-done concept!
Located inside the shops of the Guitar Hotel, this boozy ice cream shop is a nice but pricy treat. We stopped in to give it a try on a show night and it was pretty quiet. We ordered the Kentucky Creme Brûlée which was bourbon based with was full flavored and delish if you like bourbon. The ABC on the other hand was Irish Creme based and sweet and smooth. Both recommended depending on the vibe you're looking for. They also offer affogato which is basically 1/2 of the small container with the espresso.

The space is intimate hosting a bar area and a few tables and seats throughout the small space. The waiter there does not come out to serve you as all orders are taken at the bar area. There are vegan and non-alcoholic options which I found to be thoughtful. It was hard to choose but I went with a tequila ice cream option that was amazing! Aubi & Ramsa, is named for owners Matias Aubi and Rafael Ramirehas who spent eight years studying how to make ice cream with liquor inside of it. Get your fix in the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood. They also have stores in Miami, Tampa, New York, and Nevada. The cute shop is set up like a bar where they can make all your grown up dessert dreams come true. They serve 20 flavors in a 3.7 ounce size for around $12 and pints sell for $20. Ice cream and sorbet are infused with beer, wine, and spirits. Creative flavors include Kentucky Crème Brûlée, a crème brûlée ice cream made with Maker's Mark and caramelized sugar sprinkles, The Coco Loco, a coconut cream ice cream made with Don Juo Blanco and coconut flakes, The White Russian, a coffee liqueur ice cream made with Belvedere Nola and English toffee bits, and Lucky Brownie, an Irish cream ice cream made with Carolans Irish Cream and bits of organic brownies. They offer seasonal flavors and they can custom make flavors for events and parties. Everything is prepackaged so no samples, sigh. I had previously enjoyed a Strawberries and Rosé, a strawberry sorbet made with Veuve Clicquot rosé and St. Germain in the Design District. After a concert at the Hard Rock my friend and I stopped in for a treat before heading home. $10 is a bit expensive for what is basically the size of a push pop but it is made with quality ingredients. This time I ordered the pina colada made with rum and my little ice cream really packed a punch. My friend loved her Chocolate and Amaretto. This is a cute place to stop if you are at the Hard Rock and in the mood for a unique twist on ice cream.
The ice cream is always on point here. They have a new menu now which had awesome offering the champagne floats are the jam. Got mine with moet or you can do Prosecco. The champs was $30. But so worth it. Also tried the lava cake martini and that was so good higher abv too. Bartender was great and super nice

All of the stuff we tried was SO good. I ended up with the chai martini scoop and I highly recommend it, especially for a lover of fall flavors.
This cute small ice cream bar is located inside the hard rock casino. Every time I come here, I always try to get a new flavor of ice cream and I never get disappointed. Only down side of it is that you end up paying $10+ for a very small tub of ice cream infused with alcohol. This is a price you pay at a somewhat luxurious place I guess. The service was great, the girl who helped me out was nice and helpful. Really recommend coming here. Don't bring your kids though, only adults :)

This spot is so great! If you love ice cream and you love alcohol, this place gives you the best of both worlds. Aubi & Ramsa makes delicious ice cream that is infused with alcohol. Each flavor is unique and type of alcohol can vary. Ice creams that contain vodka, tequila and many other different types of alcohol. I decided to try the espresso martini ice cream which was infused with vodka and wow was it amazing. It was like a strong cafe con leche. Think of espumita with a shot of alcohol...yum! My sister enjoyed an amaretto chocolate ice cream and she absolutely loved it. If you are ever at the Hard Rock Casino and are craving a sweet little treat, this is the spot to go. You will not be disappointed. PS you can take the ice cream to go since it comes in little pints, or you can sit and chit chat while you enjoy your ice cream. The service was quick and the girl that took my order was very friendly. read more

This Aubi & Ramsa is located within Hardrock Hollywood. You can find it in the area where there's shopping near Club Daer and PLA sports bar. If you're on the search for boozy ice cream, you can stop by here and get the whole bar feel. The interior is beautiful and the staff is helpful. My personal fav is the Choco Hazelnut Martini! A great go-to. I didn't realize they also had alcohol infused syrup which the "bartender" let us try and it was a great addition to our ice cream! read more

I was at the Hardrock and decided to pop into Aubi & Ramsa. This was my first time trying boozy ice cream and it was giving upscale, I loved it! The employee that assisted us was very helpful and knowledgable. I got the Agave dulce de leche which was made with tequila. The ice cream was smooth and had that great kick of alcohol. They had a large variety of different flavors - I wish you could sample a few. All in all- I had a great experience, and I would definitely come back. read more
We left the poker room and saw that there was a location inside of Hard Rock. I've been to the one in Meatpacking District in NYC. My coworkers never had it so we decided to go in and try some liquor infused ice cream. There was only one staff working and she only came over to take our order and open the ice cream for us. She then went back to her corner and stayed on her phone/tablet the entire time (we were the only ones in there since a large group left once we sat down at the bar. Saw and heard her engaging in convos with that group). She didn't even bother to explain each flavor to us. We ended up getting The Lucky Brownie, The Old Fashioned, and Passion Fruit Margarita. You can definitely taste the liquor but the ice cream is delicious. Only wish they had better service. read more

Boozy ice cream? Yes please! Cute spot in the hard rock hotel. When you walk in you're greeted with some nice lounge music and the set up is like bar. There's ample seating along the bar and the back wall as well. All the staff that work there are very nice and helpful! Each ice cream features a type of liquor and they are so tasty. I went with my personal favorite the chocolate and amaretto. I love it because the chocolate is nice and intense. It has almonds in it as well which gives it a nice crunch. The amaretto is not over powering at all and you can taste the liquor coming through in every bite.(Just FYI there is no non-alcoholic versions.) Awesome place for a boozy dessert. read more

If you've never had adult ice cream, you should! Located inside the Hard Rock guitar in Hollywood, Florida., this small place has a wide variety of flavors to chose from. The ice cream is made with alcohol like gin, champagne, tequila, whiskey and more. They are expensive but delicious! read more
Booze and ice cream? Where can it go wrong? My friend had been previously and had nothing but good things to say about this place, so I finally went down and tried it. The inside is elegant and understated, using a lot of the ice cream tubs as decoration, which actually works really well. Additionally, the tubs of ice cream were displayed next to the bottles of alcohol that are infused into each ice cream. We sat at the bar and had very quick and helpful service. I got the coco loco which is a vegan coconut ice cream, infused with Don Julio tequila. I was a bit skeptical, but wow, it was so creamy and delicious! It also had some desiccated coconut mixed in. A small container is $11 and the pints are typically about $20-$25. My only note would be to have a pint of each flavor on hand for people to sample before buying. read more

I was in the search of a tipsy scoop for a long time and happened to be having a day as a tourist at the Hard Rock. Right at the time of that sweet tooth craving, Aubu & Ramsa popped out of no where! At first I thought it was a boutique perfume shop from the outside. Just because it looked kind of fancy and upscale. I was totally wrong. It's a boozy ice cream shop bar/boutique style! This was the PERFECT spot for a sweet tooth/wanna feel good but not too good craving! I knew what I wanted but couldn't figure out what to order! Our "ice cream tender" was so helpful and guided us with flavor choices and preferred adult bevy. Everything was delicious but what got me was the coco loco! Such a delicious flavor and SO yum! It's exactly what I wanted. This place is NOT for kids lol but they can hang out with the designated adult right outside. They're totally cool about it. You might still want to treat them to ice cream later though lol! Overall, loved this! read more

After a nice dinner at the Hard Rock casino, it was only proper to have dessert why not make it an alcoholic one lol. We had a friendly greet from the hostess and honestly the ice cream is amazing! We had the chocolate and amaretto ice cream and it really hit the spot. It was this delicious dark chocolate and had crunchy almonds in it and you can definitely taste the liquor. I really recommend it. Will definitely come back to try some other delicious flavors. Must be 21 and over :). read more
I visited Aubi & Ramsa late Wednesday night (really early Thursday morning) with my friend to try a sorbet. The place had nice lighting and a visual aesthetic that would be good for content creation and taking pictures. Their menu had different alcohol-infused sorbets and treats. Marco was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, answering any questions that I had. I ordered a Passion Fruit Margarita - Tequila Sorbet with Casamigos . My sorbet was about $9 with tax and had a sweet flavor, that was not strong at all. Overall, I enjoyed the experience. I'm not sure if I would get the same sorbet next time, but it was not bad. read more

Big fan of Aubi & Ramsa since it's inception. We frequent the Miami Design District location the most which is our personal fave. Overall though, ice cream is of the same quality and service was great. Every flavor I go for I love so I can't say I favor one over the other however on this particular visit the Kentucky Creme Brulee was amazing! read more

We were greeted with a huge smile and warmth from Vicky, wow! What an ice cream experience. We ordered their best seller The Highland Truffle made with THE MACALLAN 12 and were surprised by how great it tastes. It is strong! You're drinking single malt infused ice cream but totally worth it. If you're in a group just get the $24 pint. The music and lighting of the place makes it warm and the ice cream again, simply divine. read more
We've walk by Aubi-Ramsa about dozen times. Every time, my wife would say, "I can't wait to play my slot machines!" Gently she pulls me away from Aubi-Ramsa. Today, I took a break from my gaming action in Seminole Hard Rock Casino. Without my wife, I wonder toward Aubi-Ramsa. By passing Cipresso Italian Restaurant and without taking a glance at the French Marky's. To my horror, standing in front of the door, the lights inside were on but the door was locked. No one was inside! Maybe it is in my destiny not to experience adult ice cream in this location! Not giving up but continue walk toward PLA Sports Bar but decided not to have a drink and walk back toward the Casino again! Pops, a young man open the front door and it is my time to indulge in adult ice cream. I asked the young man what is the best-selling items. The two of most popular were Highland Truffle and Passion Fruit Margarita. As I recalled, one of Yelper, Lauren S. wrote about her wonderful experience with Highland Truffle with a taste of Macallan 12 years in it. I opted for the Passion Fruit Margarita. The sorbet was served in a small distinguished container, no way I can consume a pint! OMG, this was awesome! it was amazing smooth. It has a taste of Tequila. I believe they use Casamigos Tequila. It has the right amount of alcohol. However, I enjoy Tequila, so if I make this myself, I would double the Tequila in its preparation! Service was awesome. They serve you quickly and more than happy to make recommendations. I felt a warm sense of hospitality and will be back to try some of other flavors from Highland Truffle to White Russian! Please don't tell my wife, "I think I have a new love; her name is Aubi-Ramsa!" read more
