I skipped the cilantro (not my thing), but the freshly diced onions added a nice crunchy contrast. And the salsas--oh man. They brought out two squeeze bottles, one red and one green. The red salsa had a deeper kick and great flavor too--definitely not shy on the spice. A final squeeze of the lime wedge brought everything together perfectly.
