While I was out of town, Jordan kept blowing up my phone. Their process was never explained to me, and I later found out my installation date was given away because Tyler, who initially scheduled it, "isn't allowed to schedule jobs." When I called back to clarify, Jordan was rude and dismissive from the start. They demanded payment, but I explained I was traveling and didn't have the credit card I wanted to use with me. Instead of understanding my situation, Jordan continued to be unhelpful and condescending. The lack of communication, poor organization, and rude behavior made this experience frustrating and disappointing. If their process had been properly explained upfront, this situation could have been avoided entirely. I wouldn't recommend their services based on this experience.
