New Orleans Flooring in Elmwood did a terrible job on our vinyl floors. We had our floor replaced…read morewith an LVP product called Strong Built Floors which was sold exclusively by New Orleans Flooring. Shortly after installation we started having issues with the flooring popping up and warping. Countless times we had to have them replace the broken and or warped boards. After months of this happening they decided to rip up the flooring and have it reinstalled "properly". Their excuse was not that there was a problem with the flooring but a problem with the installation. So we once again had to rent a storage pod out of pocket and move all of our furniture. Plus, we had to move out of our house with two small kids while they worked. This time they did an even worse job than the first time, rushing to get the entire job completed within a weekend. They did not allow the flooring to acclimate to the indoor environment and did not allow proper drying of the self leveler. There are too many other flooring companies in the greater New Orleans area that I'm sure would do a much better job than New Orleans flooring in Elmwood did. Please think twice before going with this company for your flooring needs.

Three years ago, my regular cleaners told me that they could no longer work with me (moving out of town). I interviewed a few companies, but Angie really impressed me because I could tell she was organized and committed to providing a top notch service. At the same time, however, I had a friend who cleaned homes and was in need of a job, so I alternated between her and Angie's crew. Angie always could help me out in a pinch and her cleaners are super fast but very thorough (the benefit of having a team of cleaners rather than one person of course). I used her services sporadically throughout the past three years and she always came through for me, even tried her best when she was completely booked. This is crucial when you are relying on income from a STR and need last minute reservations when they come through. When my friend gave her notice this past spring, I actually felt like it was going to be ok, because I had a company that had proven themselves to be dependable and loyal to their customers. We found yet another leak after our pool renovation by another company. Called Agape and Caroline…read morerecommended we use a leak detection company to pinpoint the leak. The leak was under the skimmer which had been sloppily placed and covered in plaster. Caroline removed and replaced the skimmer while we were on vacation. The result was very much neater and totally professional. I can thoroughly recommend her work. The cost is reasonable and you can be certain the job will be done right. Hopefully we have come to the end of the problems caused by the original contractors but if not I would call Agape again as I have complete confidence in the quality of their work.
