He was great to work with from the start. He went over everything we expected, wrote up a contract and finally the big day arrived. He was on the job daily and his son, Ron was onsite the entire time working alongside the crew and making sure everything was done correctly. They arrived every morning and started work at 7am on the dot. They scraped, sanded, caulked and repaired all the problem spots. They pressure washed the brick walkways and even the sidewalk out front. They were clean and tidy and the whole crew was very nice. They all paid attention to every detail and did a great job. Bob and Ron responded to and dealt with all of our questions and concerns with aplomb. The work was top notch. Any issues that came up were dealt with professionally. We did have one big issue that put my stomach in knots - At the end of the first day of painting we realized that the paint was much more glossy than the paint we had picked out. The back wall had been painted 5 months earlier with a nearly matte finish. We were very disheartened to see that they had already painted both sides with what looked like a semi-gloss. The paint they purchased was from a different company and it was glossier than it should have been. Thankfully Ron and Bob agreed that it wasn't right so they re-did everything again, making us customers for life. We appreciate the professionalism, attention to detail and extremely strong work ethic from everyone on the crew. We were so impressed that everyone was there, ready to work, at 7 am. They worked all day in the heat, and at the end of every single day everything was all cleaned up like there was no work going on at all. The work was finished on time and on budget. The house looks gorgeous! We keep going out to the curb just to stare at it. All the neighbors are talking. It was an eyesore but now it's the nicest house on the block.
