Below are the main bullet points as to what happened after we hired JL towing. 1)JL Towing towed our All Wheel Drive vehicle on the front two wheels which completely damaged our transmission costing us over $4000 in repairs. (We have since found out that this is common knowledge among the auto industry. Any reputable/reliable tow truck company should know this and never tow an AWD vehicle unless on a flatbed). 2)We reached out to JK towing shortly after we found out our transmission was damaged and they lied to us and were extremely difficult and rude but also refused to provide their insurance information. 3)We filed a claim with our insurance who found immediately that the damage to our transmission was 100% because of the incorrect tow. They have tried for months to find out JL towing insurance information and have come to the conclusion that they are UNINSURED!! Please be aware that this is a shady company that does not have insurance so if they damage your vehicle further while towing they will not take responsibility or provide insurance as they do not have insurance.

Myri was amazing - he gave us an estimate of 25 minutes and showed up precisely at the promised time, changed our tire quickly, and gave us advice on where to get a replacement the following morning.
