After 10 minutes of waiting somebody at the window finally appeared she quoted me about a 58 minute to an hour wait. I ended up waiting two hours for my blood to be drawn which took two minutes altogether.Something needs to change maybe new management maybe instead of talking amongst themselves they can get paperwork together and get patients back there sooner. There is no reason why three vials of blood to collect should take two hours.The lady who drew my blood never apologized for the extreme wait time, she didn't tie my blue rubber thing that goes on my arm tight enough and had to wiggle the needle in my arm.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience with obtaining my test results…read more Earlier today (Sunday), I received a call letting me know my test results were available and that the doctor would go over them with me. I was told that no appointment was necessary and that I could stop by before noon. Upon arrival, I signed in and was informed that there would be a long wait, even though I was only there to pick up my test results and I'm thinking a quick overview with the doctor. I was told that I would need to pay $20 to get the results explained by the doctor. Which is not the issue. When I asked if I could simply take a copy of the results, I was told that I could, but if I returned to see the doctor, the fee would increase to $45. This was confusing, and I didn't fully understand why the fee would change, as I was initially led to believe I could simply stop by and collect my results without needing the normal 2-3 hour wait to see the doctor.
