C3. Pepper Steak, noodles & fried rice.
    Karen N.

The staff was very friendly. It had a variety to choose from on the menu. They offer daily specials which included a certain main dish, choice of 2- rice, fried rice or noodles (I believe a spring roll was an option too) & hot or cold tea. My husband had the pepper steak & I had the beef chop suey. If you don't like bean sprouts you may not like chop suey, as for me I love them & there were a lot. We ordered a cup of hot & sour soup as well it was delicious! The proportions were abundant and good. We, will be eating here again! Definitely good and price was right.

The kung pao chicken tasted rotten. The noodles smelled bad. The quality of this place is not the best. Just don't do it.

Fairly good Chinese food with very large portions -- a good value and decent atmosphere.

Awful! The worst Chinese food I've ever had. Food was cold and tasteless. I would stay far away.

I missed this place so much that I ended up making a trip to Palm Springs/Indio so I could try…read moretheir food again. Their food was still very good, and I was lucky to be there before they close for the summer. Recommendations: Garlic cucumber, clear noodle with dressing, spicy combo pot, stir fried lamb, spicy wonton soup, fish with sichuan pickles The only thing I don't recommend is fried eggplant. Portion was very small for the price ($17), it was stuffed with minced meat which wasn't in the description (I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew) They will be closed from May 25th through Sept 21st, 2026.

We ordered from their already limited dim sum menu which was suppose to be available until 4 pm per their menu. ( we got there around 2:40 pm) Other parties arrived after us yet they were served their food before us. The service was not great. The food was subpar. They even charged me for food they didn't even deliver. When I expressed I never got the food yet she charged me she tried to get me to pay for someone else's food. I told her that was not my bill. I would not recommend coming here. The table was dirty and so was the cutlery. It got two stars because the pan fried scallion tasted fine and my daughter liked it.

Literally, did not realize until just now when I wanted to make a return visit to Palm Tree Palace. I've removed my review from the wrong restaurant. So here is the review you deserved! So sorry for that mistake! The algorithm got me that time. Fast service and tasty food prepared quickly as well. Busy night of mostly parties of 2, and one large party of about 6. Large portions for dinner. We had enough for two more meals. Fried rice was a lil crunchy, but overall the food was great. Wish they had dinner combinations.

I was so incredibly impressed with Da Chef Noodle, I felt actually giddy joy when discovering it existed and then even more excited once I learned the food is as good as you think it is going to be when you walk in. Staff was low key but kind and helpful. I popped in on accident one night when I was in the area and have ordered several times since. My first fortune cookie read: You are in the right place for something unforgettable. And boy, were they right! The roast pork was sweet, tangy balanced perfect with salty. The walnut shrimp might be the best I've ever had and I've lived all over the world. Typing this now, I can't wait to go back. I'm new out here to the valley and didn't expect to find such incredibly delicious Chinese food. So grateful for this find!

This is one of my favorites in the desert... sort of hole in the wall Chinese place, as it is…read moretucked away, sort of, off a vety traffic heavy little corner of Washington and country club. I've been several times, the first time about 3 weeks after it opened. Didn't write a review then, or did I? Anyway... It is about the size of a Starbucks lobby, complete with standard decorative restaurant applications. There's a couple of tables and a half dozen booths to sit in. Soda selection is limited, and they do have a few adult beverages there as well. I don't drink, so I usually don't check out the drink menu. Not to make the staff seem too stereotypical, but as soon as I heard the yelling in the kitchen, with the language of the natives, I knew from the first visit, this was gonna be at the very least, a tasty meal. This visit was not a disappointing one. I ordered the potstickers, and an order of combo lo mein. Very good and very filling. And all the flavors were very authentic. I will say the service is hot and miss, but only because the language barrier is somewhat thick. But, I really don't need to ask for anything else past the meal being set, because that's ultimately what matters, in my opinion. As long as we communicate, the plates and cups aren't thrown at me, I'm a happy camper. I feel like this place is a little more popular for take out, but I think it is also worthy of a sit in meal. I'm having the duck next time... Thanks!
