If I could give 0 stars I would. After placing an order December 13, 2018 and paying for expedited shipping for delivery by December 21, 2108, my order was never fulfilled. This complete failure also occurred after speaking with a customer service rep each day starting December 20 through December 23, 2018. The first rep told me I should receive my order by December 21. However, when the end of the day came and there was no delivery, the second rep I spoke with said one of my items was out of stock. It would have been nice if the first rep I had spoken to the day before had informed me of that fact. The third rep I spoke with said she would check with a supervisor to get an order status and would call me back. I never received a call back. Finally, the fourth and final rep I spoke with on December 23 said my order was still being processed and wouldn't be shipped until after Christmas. Since the pajamas were supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife, sending them after Christmas was pointless. I told the rep I no longer wanted the pajamas and asked for the order to be cancelled. She told me the system wouldn't allow her to cancel the order. I've never heard of an online merchant that couldn't cancel an order that hadn't been shipped. She also told me if I no longer wanted the pajamas to just refuse the order when it was delivered. Since the order still hasn't come, i haven't had to deal with this annoyance of refusing delivery. And of course, there 's a pending charge on my credit charge. I placed an order on November 29th and have not received my order yet? I think it is crazy that I am not able to reach a representative via a live call but instead have to resort to making contact via email. I have not received any communications from your company since I placed my order. I am not able to track my package nor speak to anyone to see where it is and why it's not been delivered. This in my opinion is terrible customer service and I will never order from your company again. If you do not respond to me within 24 hours I will contact my credit institution and place a fraud alert on this order. I placed an order in November. I have noticed it was not shipped out so I went on the website and got the phone number. I called. It tells me that you guys are really busy and there is no live agents to speak to so I went back to the website and I have emailed you guys about five different times and asked where my order was. I keep getting a generic response asking me for the same information I have already sent you guys in that same email. Guess what I still have not gotten a response back. if the owner sees this which most likely they will, please call me or email me and let me know where my order is and if you cannot provide my order, please give me a refund. In the past I used both pajamagram and vermont Teddy bear and was haapppy with there service. Unfortunatly Pajamagram was sold off and not owned by vermont teddy bear. I tried to make a phone order recently and they dont have that option. So I mad ethe order on line to sendf as a gift. At no time was I promted to make out the gift message to send with the package. When I finally found a phone contact number from another web site it took two days to reach them! I found out they are not outsourced to the phillipines and have a warehouse in Kanssas and could not tell me who or when it was being shipped. I have purchased from them before. This time my cell had the wrong shipping address list as the default shipping address. I opened a ticket with them immediately. I also called 1 (888) 518-2327. This is supposed to be the customer service phone number. Call it, it says no one is available and hangs up. After waiting a few days for the email response, they told me the package had already shipped and there was nothing they could do. They even asked me if I could change the shipping while it was in route. They shipped it!! I know it was on me. But, help a customer out! My bank will be disputing this charge. I ordered 2 pairs of pj's before Thanksgiving. Still haven't received them it's mid December. Attempted several times to call and same recorded message that no one is available and call tomorrow during business hours. Doesn't matter what day you call or time they won't answer. Also sent an email and again NO RESPONSE!!!! This is very disappointing as I have order years ago and had absolutely NO issues loved my order and received my order in a timely manner. Ordered a gift for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day and one of their employees decided to add a little something extra to the message that I wrote. I ordered my bride a nightgown and a pajama set for Christmas. The pajamas didn't fit. We have tried for months to resolve/exchange the set that didn't fit. Customer service is unavailable. I finally posted on their fb page. They responded with a request to private message them through fb messengers that's as far as it went. Over 100$ gone, months later, no way to resolve the issue.
