Purchased Pink HoodieFootie for my wife for Christmas. Arrived on time cute package, when she opened it her eyes were as big as saucers. She loved it...until she went into the bedroom and changed into it. Wow. Any resemblence to the models on TV and what my wife was wearing when she came out of the bedroom was a figment of someones very active over emagination. The size on these things was a PETITE. We ordered a PETITE, A petite in this country, is defined (web definition) as: "Petite sizes are generally for women under 5' 4". " Ann Taylor says 5'3" Chadwicks says 4"11 - 5"3", I could go on and on with examples however I would be beating a dead horse. My wife is 4'9" and weighs 98 pounds on a good day! When she came out with that poor excuse of a petite dragging the feet behind her (yes shewas tripping) with a width probably 1/2 again bigger than she was across. We laughed until our sides were going to split. I had to take a picture of this which we forwarded along with the package to Pajama gram for a refund. How big was their petite? well after she took it off. I asked her to match the shoulders up to mine on my back. The legs were much too long even for me and I am 5'6 1/2" tall. we called Pajamagram and were told that they build extra length and width into them so that they will move easy with the wearer! Huh, did I hear her right? They would be glad to send us a childrens size small and only charge us 1/2, dont bother sending them back. A couple of days after Christmas we received a call from this company apologizing for not sending the new HoodoeFootie but they had to have the old one first. (I understand that but why did they tell me they didn't want the old ones?) I was also told by the represeentative on the other end that I didn't know what a petite was! My husband ordered me the Hoodie Footy and a flannel night gown for Christmas. The night gown was way too long and the Hoodie Footy was just an impractical gift for me. It did appear it would be warm but just not for me. It was also extremely expensive for what it was. I opened it 12/25/14 had it returned to Pajamagram on 1/2/15. Their return policy is ridiculous as they claim easy returns. I called about our refund and was told possibly 3 to 6 weeks. As of 1/22/15 no refund. Tomorrow I will be disputing this purchase with our credit card company and let them deal with it. Beware that if you order something and don't like it, it doesn't fit , or whatever, you will pay shipping both ways. They will deduct shipping from your credit for return. I ended up paying $27 in shipping and have nothing to show for it. Who would want to take this risk when there are way too many on line retailers which offer free shipping both ways. Beware. I have used this company at least 8 times . I will not be doing so ever again. THe pi's are fine, but WAY overpriced. You can do as well at any dept. store. I did it because it was convenient. THe problem is, they are NOT convenient. II have paid $20 extra for 2 day shipping and it never comes in 2 days. It comes anywhere from 4 to 8 days. If you do not pay extra, make it over 10 days. I have sent these to people recovering from surgery, so I needed them before they went to work, not after. The explanation I was given today said the product is not always available , so they send it as soon as they can. However, it does not give ANY warning of this on the web site. For upwards of $75 for any item, this is not acceptable. Go anywhere else. Get your average product for much cheaper and on time. read more

Updating my review. It is now the 8th of January and the incorrect shipped order has been refunded along with the Lavender lotion I ordered for my wife. I ended up sending 4 contacts to them starting December 26 and going through January 4. Wishful thinking is the holiday stretch slows response and actions. I did finally get a couple responses that were appologetic and nicely stated so not all customer service reps are terrible. I am happy to say I have my money back and they indicate they will be sending along a return shipper for the PJs that are the wrong size. Even though they don't have the correct size available, it is not the end of the world. For the pain of the process the ten dollar lotion is to be kept and we effectively get it for free, which is a nice gesture. They have some work to do in the customer service ranks, but I am glad to see they eventually did the right thing. If you decide to use them, just know that issues may be slow to be remedied, but a non-zero chance exists that you will be able to get it corrected. read more

I received a pair of PJs as a gift last year. They have held up well and are heavy and warm in winder months. However, I received another gift carrying the same pair of PJs I received last year. When I went to return them, it cost me $10.50! When I contacted customer service they said that was "standard" and that if I wanted to exchange for another pair, they would pick up the shipping back to me (but I would still have to pay the $10.50 now). I have ordered clothing from many different companies and have rarely, if ever, paid that much for shipping, and there is usually a return label in the package so I don't have to pay double shipping to return. I am a broke graduate student and had to pay $10.50 to return a gift!! They are nice PJs, but either make 100% sure the person receiving the gift wants them, and/or just buy PJs from Nordstrom or Victoria's Secret. read more

Placed order with a guaranteed delivery date of the 24th. Package was not received until 26th, knowing it was going to be late, another gift was purchased late xmas eve. Contacted support to return and was told I could print out a return label at my expense. I called on Dec. 24 at 8:45pm EST and there phone system said that they were closed and to call back during normal business hours. According to the website, they are open till 9:00pm EST. Returned a set that were too big; they gave me a gift card, which ended up not being valid. Called customer service, gave them an item # for what I was trying to order. They sent me the wrong pajamas. DO NOT pay attention to the sizing chart, which is exactly the same for every set. If you must buy from them, get three different sizes and send the rest back (at your cost). I was VERY skeptical to buy from this company because I had seen so many bad reviews, some about quality, and a ton about customer service. I decided to give it shot after looking at the quality of other hooded footed pajamas. I am so happy I did!!! These are so incredibly soft and comfortable... I could be in them all day! I love that the feet come off! As far as size, even after I asked customer service what size they recommend, I decided to go with my gut and got the smaller sizes. So that is the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. As many others have said, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. My husband gave me pajamas from this company a couple of years ago and I was impressed with them and my name was embroidered on them. So, I decided to splurge and get our grandchildren jammies from them this year. Big mistake, paid almost $150 for 3 pairs of pajamas (that was stupid in retrospect), and when I got them, the personalization looks like a cheap iron on. My husband ordered me a set of pajamas for Christmas. Although they were very nice, I just didn't want them. Th return process was not so easy. After printing out the return form which is what I liken to a shortened census form, I packed up the Pjs and mailed them back. Had to make my own mailing label cause I didn't find one on their site. We just received our refund. Less $23.98 - called them to find out why. They hold back the original $15.99 shipping and $7.99 return shipping. Can you believe it! I have never ordered a gift that made me look as bad as just not giving anything at all! I had heard many attractive advertisements suggesting that this retailer could make a terrific impact on your loved ones (wife and daughter) by purchasing a Valentine's gift for the two. The cost was expensive in my terms ($184, including $28 express shipping), however I felt that it was a great, unique gift for both. When the gifts were delivered, it was literally laughable by my wife and daughter. They could not believe how cheap the quality was! My wife kept the gift out of respect for me, but the daughter could not bear to spend so much on crap. When i returned it, I got pennies on the dollar spent. Be very careful to note exactly what package goes with what, because since we did not include exactly what was on one order, we ended up having to buy a $38 wrap worth about $3.50 at any store within 50 miles. Customer service does not care about what you "thought" you had ordered and will certainly pursue the "letter of the law" when it comes to refunds. I was sold on the sleek advertisements, however, buyer beware - this is certainly not the quality commensurate with the price. My 86 year old father decided to order a pair of pjs for each of his daughters and granddaughters. He asked me to place the order for him. We each selected a pair of pjs, and even though many of them were sold out, we were each able to find some to order, even though it was our third or fourth choice. I placed the order and paid a ridiculous shipping charge for the order which totaled around $700. I was told it would arrive in 1-3 business days, plenty of time for Xmas. But it did not arrive. My 86 year old father sat there with no gifts to give all the females in his family on Christmas Day. It was sad. Finally after 7 days, I called Pajamagrams. I was told that 3 of the items in our order were sold out. They were holding the order until they knew what we wanted to do. But the customer service operator told me they were TOO BUSY to let us know that our order would not arrive, and would not be processed. Beware of this company, terrible customer service. I ordered pajamas on 1/18/18. When they had not arrived by 1/30, I called Pajamagram. They said if it did not arrive the next day, to call back and they would send another pair. On 1/31, I called back. They promised to send another two-day priority. The second pajamas arrive 2/2 a.m.; the first pajamas arrived 2/2 p.m. They had told me previously to refuse whichever set arrived latest. I couldn't because UPS does not ring the door anymore. I tried to drop the second pair off at local UPS. They could not take it. Called UPS. They said I would have to paid. Called Pajamagram, Customer Service said there were no notes in my file. I now realize that I did the wrong thing trusting Pajamagram to do what they advertise. I asked them to deliver a gift to me at a hotel on an expedited basis for which I was happy to pay their charge of $30.00. Needless to say it did not ship on time as promised in their advertising and then when I called them, waiting a ridiculous amount of time on hold, they told me it would ship overnight that day. Needless to say, it did not ship until the following day, the day I was checking out of the hotel and flying out. It arrived after I had left. It was gift for a very special person and she drove back to the hotel to pick it up--embarrassing to say the least. They never actually did what they said they we going do or what is clearly in their advertising. In the end they refunded the shipping charge, but I did not get the feeling they really wanted to address their shipping problems. I'm giving this company 1 star, only because I do not have an option to award 0 stars. I ordered a set of gift pajamas and selected to have them shipped on the following day. I recieved a confirmation that showed "Delivered on or before 2/2/11". When I check the status of the order on-line on 2/2 the site showed the confirmation number as invalid. I called customer service. The associate explained that she didn't know what could have happened, but would credit my card for the transaciton amount...no apology..no explanation. She then said she'd call me back, so that I wasn't on hold while she did this credit. I later received a voicemail explainng that the credit will take a few weeks to process (!). How could it take weeks to credit something that never shipped!!! She then aded insult to injury by explaining that she looked into the issue, and that it was my fault!
