Such a fun idea for a girls night! The artist was a sweet heart but she hinted to us that she had never painted the painting we chose for the event before so the teaching period was rocky but everyone was in good spirits so they didn't mind. read more

I used Paint the Town for my daughter's 8th birthday. Most of these kids were 7 and have a lot of energy. They were all totally engaged for an entire hour, really concentrating on their paintings. Prabin was great. The kids had fun. It was really easy to schedule and I didn't do anything but set up some small snacks and tables in the backyard. The price is similar or even cheaper to a lot of kid bday party events. All the parents raved about it. No goodie bags needed. Every kid took home a masterpiece. A very successful kid party!! read more

Amy was fantastic - she was on time, patient, and a great instructor for the group. Tiffany from the planning side was quick to respond, they were able to get this flipped for me in under 6 days. Pretty incredible service! read more

I recently attended a team bonding event where Paulette from Paint the Town was our instructor. The activity was fun - I rarely get the chance to sit down and paint! Paulette did a wonderful job of guiding us along (we were a very chatty group) with a balance of humor and instruction. read more

I appreciate our company for arranging this paint party for our team, we all got to hang out virtually, which was the fun part. Now the downside. The kit that was provided was very cheap, bad paint brushes, thin canvas board, and a wobbly paint stand. The paint itself was fine but brushes makes or breaks a painting, I think. Our instructor was lack luster and could had been more entertaining, I think. And lastly, the picture that was chosen was horrible. It had too much white space, so, I added clouds to fill it in. And the outcome, no matter how what, was whomp whomp. That's all I gotta say... read more

First of all, a big shout-out to Ashlee and Kellie for making this event so wonderful! It was my partner's birthday, and he enjoyed it so much. Paint the Town really saved the event for me. The original people I had hired canceled on me three days before the event. Ashlee swooped in and helped me get everything situated and organized, and she stayed very communicative. Kellie, our wonderful instructor for the evening, was such a patient and delightful person, and I'm so happy she enjoyed my puppies! All in all, the night went off without a hitch. Everyone had fun, and it was a great time overall. A lot of this goes to Paint the Town, Ashlee, and Kellie. Again, thank you so, so much for helping to save what was a great paint night! Thanks again! read more

We had so much fun during our virtual work event with Paint the Town! Supplies were shipped out right away - we added the easel package (definitely made the experience a lot easier). We chose to do the "happy trees & mountains" landscape and it was super challenging, but our Head Artist, Alisha, coached us through every step! We all joined via Zoom and had everything set up and ready to go. Alisha was so fun and engaging, played music, and did a great job keeping us on time throughout the session. Even though I didn't think I had an artistic bone in my body, I am pretty proud of my landscape!! Definitely recommend for work events, birthday parties - super fun, no matter your level of artistry. read more

I had a my daughter's birthday party with them. Their job was professional. I hired Paint the Town for my baby shower and it was a huge hit. They sent Midori, an amazing artist, who painted some adorable (full animal faces), beautiful (see my photo) and some very unique designs (e.g. a photo of my friend's wife...on her stomach). You can tell that Midori LOVES her craft and people. She brought the works - amazing paints, sequins, and glitter - we provided a table and two chairs. Booking was super easy. Celia got back to me very quickly and we had everything arranged within 2 emails. If you use my name (Helen Fang) in your booking, you can get $15 off of your first event and I will get a $10 Amazon gift card :) read more

We had a fantastic team building painting session with Paint the Town! Scheduling was really easy and Madison was super quick to answer my questions and make sure all the logistics were sorted out. Courtney was a wonderful facilitator who created a positive and uplifting environment for everyone. The setup with table covers and easels was simple and effective, and transformed our conference room space into a creative area! We chose the Poppies option with the Paint and Pass twist, where each person paints one element of the painting and passed it on to the next person so each artwork was really collaborative since we had to build on each others style. We are so excited to have a field of flowers to decorate our office space! read more

Romona was a great teacher, had a lot of patience with all of our Kolping group. I am looking forward to our next time painting

I hired Paint the Town to hold a corporate event at my office. The artist, Ramona, was great! She arrived very early to setup, was communicative, and professional. She was patient with our team and helped us to feel comfortable, creative, and confident in our paintings. All materials were provided, and little work had to be done on my end, other than ensuring we had tables/chairs. She was very accommodating and flexible. If I could give zero stars I would. After over a month of planning our event for a birthday party, the company reached out to see if they could hold the event an hour after the agreed upon time. (Within 8 hours of the event). After agreeing to make it work, there was no further contact and the artist/instructor never showed! Never responded to phone calls or messages and the company had an automatic response saying they were out of the office until New Year's. Sure hoping for a full refund but will never recommend or go through this company again. read more

My church's Young Adult/Youth Group was looking for something to do during Covid, and my leaders presented us with this idea. I kinda enjoy painting, and I find it therapeutic and relaxing. Right now with Covid, they are offering classes via Zoom and the pricing is really good. Thanks Jen for being so helpful and patient with us. Even through a webcam, she did a really thorough job making sure we landed on our feet. I'd gladly come back again. I forgot to add when I first made this review, but they're shipping out your paint kits through the Post Office. The paint kits come with two brushes, paint pallet, paint, paper towel, and a canvas. I don't know if they have different canvass sizes, but I wouldn't be surprised, but everyone in my group got a 9" by 12" canvass along with red, yellow, blue, black, and white. read more

Paint the Town was an absolute joy to work with. From the booking process, to the planning and execution of our company virtual event, everything was flawless. They made everything so easy from mailing our paint kits and providing us with the zoom link and prep instructions. They took care of everything! What I loved about a virtual paint activity is that everyone can enjoy, even the kiddos that some of our remote employees are taking care of right now. Since this event was near Halloween, we decided to host a costume contest, which made the virtual event even more exciting! Jen, our Paint Instructor was so fun and energetic the day of. She explained brushing strokes, mixing colors and everything wonderfully. In the middle of our event, we had a nice 10-15 minute break to talk to each other and conversate. She also took a group photo of us (attached), which made us feel special and connected. Thank you Jenny, Jen and Celia! This activity was truly something special as we have all been working remotely since March. read more

During shelter-in-place, I was looking for a creative activity to do with my boyfriend - Paint The Town has been the most fun so far! We're both inexperienced painters and Celia was incredibly patient with us. Celia allowed us to pick up Painting Kits at a location in the Bay Area and then she sent examples of paintings we could do. We wanted to paint Cherry Blossoms with a blue sky background instead of grey, and she kindly accommodated us. The virtual paint session was enjoyable and relaxing - 10/10 would do again :) read more

Celia does an amazing job teaching the workshops. She's thorough and patient and entertaining. Her caricatures are done quickly but actually resemble the people she draws (unlike most of the quick caricature artists that I've encounter at other company events.) 4 different time zones and 1 great, painting party! From start to finish, my experience with Paint the Town was exceptional. I was provided a quote within an hour of inquiry. I was able to pay and upload addresses for supply delivery but a few hours later. I was notified when paint supplies shipped and when they were received. I received helpful notifications about my event, and even helpful tips for preparing for the party that would be hosted on Zoom. Our artist, Alisha W, was set up and ready for our group. She had two cameras positioned so that we could see her instruct us at the same time as we saw her painting being created. She was so welcoming and encouraging, creative and warm. In 90 minutes we were all able to create a great piece of art, and we had a blast doing it. Oh, we're doing this again! read more
