I used Paint the Town for my daughter's 8th birthday. Most of these kids were 7 and have a lot of energy. They were all totally engaged for an entire hour, really concentrating on their paintings. Prabin was great. The kids had fun. It was really easy to schedule and I didn't do anything but set up some small snacks and tables in the backyard. The price is similar or even cheaper to a lot of kid bday party events. All the parents raved about it. No goodie bags needed. Every kid took home a masterpiece. The original people I had hired canceled on me three days before the event. Ashlee swooped in and helped me get everything situated and organized, and she stayed very communicative. The kit that was provided was very cheap, bad paint brushes, thin canvas board, and a wobbly paint stand. The paint itself was fine but brushes makes or breaks a painting, I think. If I could give zero stars I would. After over a month of planning our event for a birthday party, the company reached out to see if they could hold the event an hour after the agreed upon time. (Within 8 hours of the event). After agreeing to make it work, there was no further contact and the artist/instructor never showed! Never responded to phone calls or messages and the company had an automatic response saying they were out of the office until New Year's. Sure hoping for a full refund but will never recommend or go through this company again. read more

My church's Young Adult/Youth Group was looking for something to do during Covid, and my leaders presented us with this idea. I kinda enjoy painting, and I find it therapeutic and relaxing. Right now with Covid, they are offering classes via Zoom and the pricing is really good. Thanks Jen for being so helpful and patient with us. Even through a webcam, she did a really thorough job making sure we landed on our feet. I'd gladly come back again. I forgot to add when I first made this review, but they're shipping out your paint kits through the Post Office. The paint kits come with two brushes, paint pallet, paint, paper towel, and a canvas. I was able to pay and upload addresses for supply delivery but a few hours later. I was notified when paint supplies shipped and when they were received. I received helpful notifications about my event, and even helpful tips for preparing for the party that would be hosted on Zoom. Our artist, Alisha W, was set up and ready for our group. She had two cameras positioned so that we could see her instruct us at the same time as we saw her painting being created. She was so welcoming and encouraging, creative and warm.
