A very fun, hands-on experience for our girls! It was the perfect place for a team bonding event. The girls were between the ages of 5-8 and they all had a great time. The website only allows reservations for up to 6 people, but I called the location and they were able to accommodate our party of 7 without any issues. The activity lasts about 30-45 minutes, which was the perfect amount of time to keep the kids engaged. The cost was around $30+ per person, depending on the type of slime you choose, and each person pays individually at the end. This place is a kid's dream. A place where they can finally "touch" without reprimand. We've taken our girls to Slime Kitchen a couple of times and they loved it. During our latest visit, our chef was Halle, and she was exceptional. She guided our girls through each of the steps and was very patient with our impatient little girls. The girls loved being able to create with their hands and were very proud of their slime in the end. This is a very interesting concept. I did not realize how much kids liked slime until 30 minutes into our playtime there we realized that 3-4 families had come in with 1-3 kids each and had either paid to make slime or just purchased pre-made slime like we had. We came in initially to make our own slime, but on the recommendation of the staff, given the age of our son, we ended up just buying pre-made slime instead. It definitely was the better option, and I'm glad they still gave us time and a seat to play with the slime in the store. I am considering booking a birthday party here in the future, and would be excited to see how that works out! read more

We had such a great experience at Slime Kitchen thanks to Erik! We came in right before closing, and even though they had already sold out of the Rumi slime my son really wanted, Erik went above and beyond to help create something similar for him. He was so patient, kind, and made the whole experience really interactive and fun. My son was completely engaged the entire time and left so happy with what he made. He also loved the K-pop Demon Hunter stickers and keychains! You can really tell Erik cares about the kids having a great experience, not just making a sale. We didn't feel rushed at all, even though it was close to closing time. Highly recommend coming here--we'll definitely be back! read more

First review of 2023! Cute place to kill some time on a rainy day. It's located right by the food court on the Nordstrom side of the mall. Enter through the entrance under the "bridge" to the new side, get on the escalator and it's right there. Pros: Cute and engaging- our group was 2-5 years old. The 2 year old was a little overwhelmed by all the choices (colors! Scent! Texture! Analysis paralysis argh!) but loved putting all the add on sprinkles in it. The setup was fairly under control and organized. Workers running the activity were patient and gentle with tots. Get to take home big jar of slime. Cons: Pricey for what it is but kinda glad the glitter and mess stayed at their casa and not mi casa Short time slot and you need reservations- felt a bit rushed but fine for the attention span of this age group Parking and traffic at this mall has always been challenging and feels like it's gotten worse with their new additions . read more

My kids love coming here and it's always a positive experience. While we've had many employees helps us, Carson has been here most of the time. He is always so patient with my 3 and 4 year old and no matter how many times we've done this, he walks us through each step without rushing. I don't usually write reviews, but this place really left a bad taste. I walked into Slime Kitchen excited to check it out and ask a few questions about how everything worked. The guy running the place, who I found out is the manager, had the worst attitude I've dealt with in a long time. All I did was ask how the pricing worked and what materials were included. Instead of answering like a normal person, he looked annoyed and acted like I was wasting his time. His responses were super short and passive-aggressive, like I was supposed to already know everything before walking in. I kept it polite, but he clearly didn't want to help or even be there. His whole vibe was just off. It made the experience uncomfortable and honestly kind of embarrassing. I ended up leaving without doing anything because I didn't feel welcome at all. If you're running a business where people come in curious and ready to have fun, maybe try not being rude to the ones who ask basic questions. Not coming back. read more

I thought the pricing was fair for everything included. I liked that they had the option of handling all the catering, so we can spend more time with our guests and less time stressing. You pick the base, scent, color, glitter, add ins, and toppers. Each kid gets their own bin to mix their slime. Definitely get the clear base so you can see all the add ins better. A great place for a kid to come to and let their creativity out in how they design the perfect slime and then be able to get their hands dirty playing with it. They have a lot of different options to choose from to make your own concoction, or you can also choose from their pre-made retail selection. The staff was helpful in getting a table set up for us once we had made our purchase, giving us some activator, and then spraying hands to avoid the slime from getting too sticky. My only question is, why do they choose such delicious scents for their retail slime? For the young and impulsive toddler, it makes it much more likely for them to want to take a bite out of something that smells exactly like a blueberry muffin. read more
