Arriving 20 minutes prior to our scheduled session, we placed food and drink orders at the bar (my wife and I opted to order two Old Fashioneds). We then proceeded to enter the classroom where we met our instructor (unfortunately I did not obtain her name). After giving us a few tips, we started the project. Our instructor did a great job of pausing after each step to ensure that everyone was on the same page and even walked around the class to offer suggestions (I felt like I was in university again). I'm so thankful that I only had one drink, the bartender working that evening made some potent cocktails (not a complaint). If you can imagine, remaining focused on painting when buzzed is a challenge in itself. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pinot's Palette and the romantic paint selection was appropriate for a couple's night out. Also, the music selection was on point! We will definitely make a return visit for their candle making class!

For this particular night I was celebrating a family member's birthday and we were about 20 deep ages kid to old! Our painting was done under neon lights and I loved how interactive our host was! She was also an amazing artist and made everything look so easy! She was great with directions and when the lights went on at the end of the painting, I was really happy with my work! They give all the instructions at the beginning, then you work independently while they check in with you periodically. Everyone has a different learning style, so this teaching method may work really well for some, while others (like me!) might prefer a more hands-on, step-by-step approach. I called the number and asked if they had any availability for the two of us and the lady on the line was very helpful on getting our reservation. Upon arrival we were directed to wash our hands with soap and water, then we could proceed to choose our item that we wanted to paint. We'd let the lady know what we were interested in painting and they'd rinse the item with water. They showed us all the colors of paint and instructed us on how many coats of paint we'd need to brighten the color. After we completed, we gave wrote down our number and less than a week later.
