Our whole party was taken to the back lounge area and given the entire run down of the 60,000 sq ft facility. And the most important thing emphasized was safety, and if there was an issue with that we could be taken off the course. The whole course was awesome, and during our 2 hr session we were able to play 5 different 20 minute games. The 1st was a 5 v 4 game since we had 9 players, and then the remaining games were mission oriented to include; bomb control, and bomb placement. The CQB City course provided and array of building, vehicles, and obstacles to hid around. And all of our participants had an awesome time. I'd just keep in mind you'll definitely get hot running around, so make sure your water or something to keep your hydrated. And wear the proper clothing, so long sleeves and pants, gloves to protect your hands from pellets. And either bring your own airsoft weapons or extra protection over your clothing. Or you can use the rental options provided by CQB. My girlfriend and her friend didn't get a chance to play this time, as she wanted to get food and drinks for when we were all done. They have a wide selection of balloons, ranging from birthdays to gender reveal, bereavement, and get well soon. They have everything streamlined for the most part. The large mylar balloons are fixed on the wall, and for the latex balloons, you can choose how many you want (the price for the # of balloons you want is on the counter). The price of the balloons is on the pricier side, but it is to be expected for a specialty store. The balloon quality is great. The staff is overall friendly and helpful, and when it came down to my indecision about what color balloons to get, they stepped in and helped me out. My first balloon bouquet consisted of 2 numbers, 3 latex, and 1 small mylar for $54.28. They lasted for 3 weeks. This second balloon bouquet consisted of 6 mylar balloons and 1 large mylar balloon $40.22. They are still holding strong a week later. I like this place and I will be coming back when in need of more balloons.

The floors are pretty bad- tiles are coming up and it just doesn't feel clean. The walls being repainted is nice and definitely an improvement, but it doesn't fix everything else. my biggest issue is the inventory. the balloons themselves are still good quality, but a lot of whats in the store feels outdated, Qualatex isnt even in business anymore, and that's still a big part of what they carry. There are so many other good brands out now, but they're barely stocked here.I've asked multiple times about certain sempertex colors, and they don't even carry full color lines or all the sizes. Like how do you have one size but not the others in the same color?? That doesn't even make sense when you're trying to put something together. Also, it really feels like the store hasn't been updated in years. There are items that have been sitting there forever and not selling. It honestly feels like old stock that never gets refreshed. I 've brought this up to staff before and they're also so so nice, but I know they're not the ones in charge of ordering or marking changes. I reached out to Heather just a few weeks before my daughter's birthday, and I was honestly shocked that she still had availability--especially because it was Labor Day weekend! She has several different activity options and themes, and we chose the spa theme. The kids, ages 2-6, got to make their own yummy-smelling bath bombs with fun inclusions and lip oils. It was adorable, and they were SO excited to make something they could take home. I also really appreciated how thoughtful Heather was about children's allergies, sensitivities, and dyes. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a safe experience for the kids. One of my favorite parts as a mom was how stress-free she made everything. We were able to arrive 30 minutes early to add a few of our own decorations, but even if we hadn't brought anything, the party room was already cute and festive with tablecloths and everything ready to go. Once the guests arrived, the kids could play in the playroom and get their wiggles out while Heather and Rylee finished setting up the craft. Then we kicked things off with birthday bingo, where the kids got to win prizes--which was such a fun way to get everyone involved! Following the craft, we had plenty of time for cake, presents (if you choose to do them), and more playtime in the playroom.
