There's a parents/family waiting room and you can watch the kids work. Every kid gets their own personal station, and Miss Kathy is awesome. She lets the kids go at their own pace and work on what they choose to work on, so they're not all doing the exact same thing. She checked in with our son often as he was probably the youngest kid in there, which really helped him to feel more comfortable. Some of the older kids who have been going for awhile do some amazing work, too. We will definitely be continuing in the Summer time and next school semester.

My 10 1/2 year old daughter has being taking classes and camps, since she was 5 and my 7 year old son, since he was 5. The art instructors are incredibly gifted and clearly enjoy what they do...and it shows! Throughout the years the teachers have become like family. It's been such an amazing "extracurricular" activity for my kids and I can't rave enough. Not only are my kids being taught "fine art" skills, they are being taught in a caring and creative atmosphere. Taking classes at the studio has improved my kids focus and concentration and has bolstered their creativity in new and fun ways. Ms. Tatiana, Miss. Paola, Miss. Savanna, Miss. Kayla and Miss. Kristina have ALL been such an important part of my kid's lives. Ms. Kristina in particular, has worked with my kids the longest, having taught both my kids before her new role as Art Director. Ms. Kristina is truly a GEM!!! She has a heart of gold and an artistic talent that she enjoys sharing with her students. She has done an incredible job encouraging and expanding on her students natural artistic abilities, while nurturing them in a positive learning environment. In the end, the reason we won't go back is because of how rude Chase was over not contacting us…read morewhen our pieces were ready. They said 6 to 8 weeks but on the 13th week, after we called to find out why it was taking so long, we were rudely informed by Chase that he had "text" us twice, neither of which did we receive. The he told us we had till the end of the week to pick them up? This is in the 13th week with no text or call. Either way, we rush down and wait for him to come help us. In the meantime someone else walks in behind us. When Chase came out, he didn't even say hi, walked right past us to the one who entered after and literally ignored us while having a conversation with a vendor (?!) Then once he was done he proceeded to rudely push about how he had text us twice. I have no clue why that means his fingers don't work to make an actual call and leave a message but there you have it. He was confrontational as i see it because we didn't even bring up the prior rudeness or insistence that he had text but I certainly had my phone ready to show him that indeed there was no text, no call, no nothing. He didn't care, barely looked and lost a couple of people who were actually considering their extremely high monthly rates. Pretty mind blowing when it's a bit over 500 bucks a month for 2 people. Yup, every month and all it includes is the space and the wheel, nothing else. The class itself was great but because of Chase, who told us he was the owner but lists here as the busines manager, we won't go back. I see another review here with the same trouble in not getting their pieces or being informed that the pieces are ready so I guess if you want to pay 50 bucks a person for the classes and do the work to make sure you get what you pay for then have at it. We are going to try one of the other many pottery places close by.

Beautiful & colorful paintings also decorated the walls! I also noticed that paint classes, sip & paint parties & an array of other parties were offered! Fun!! Sights: Jeweled keepsake boxes, cute Boba water bottle toppers, colorful Journals, feather pens & ink, stickers, 3-D printed butterfly items & so much more! Super cute gift shop! Customer Service: Friendly via the guy and girl at checkout! Conversation flowed easily, thanks again! It was fun selecting my favorite jeweled journal and two keepsake boxes to take home with me! The kids have quite the art supplies and were in need of a change of scenery! Greg was awesome and very welcoming! Both kids enjoyed their first time here, but this definitely won't be the last! Everyone was very welcoming. They do parties and private events. They sell art supplies as well as various artistic products throughout the store. Best part was the kids were able to bring in their supplies and use art space free of charge with no rush or pressure to buy anything or get in and get out, all because we had our own supplies! My son is 5 year old, how they handled it is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I even talked with my son's school counselor, she was shocked and asked if this is their school after school program. This art center apparently works with a charter school, I hope their students is not being treated the same way. NOT recommended. To respond to the owner's response: you made my son sounded like a horrible child to work with, to be honest. To the point I even reached out to his school counselor, but turned out his is just a NORMAL 5 year old. Even yourself admitted over text messages that you should have done better with communication with parents. If 5 is too young, then set a higher age limit. I personally would never send my kid back there.

When we arrived a couple of us were told by the instructor, Kim that we had purchased the wrong yarn. Not knowing anything about yarn, I told her that I bought " chunky " yarn as mentioned on the event page. She said it would not be possible to make the craft with that yarn. An attendee of the class had an extra skein and was nice enough to sell it to me. My partner used that one while I tried to make the most of the situation and used the yarn I bought. It was impossible, so I ate my snacks and watched as everyone else made their pumpkin. I could see that most people were confused on what to do and most left without a completed craft. Even the instructor had to unravel her pumpkin and start over. We were so excited to learn a new hobby but left deeply disappointed.
