But I never expected to have such a beautiful experience.. Lianna is very professional and talented.. she made us feel welcome and just overall treated us like we had known each other for years. She helped us make our dream come true by always answering all my questions, assisting in connecting us with great vendors, and just overall being there.. I have friends currently planning their daughters quinces and hearing their awful experiences with their venues/ venue coordinator definitely makes me feel lucky to have had the best experience!! When I first requested a quote, I recieved a response very quickly from Pro, the manager, and he remained available for any questions I had until I was ready to sign my quote and lock in my event (and thereafter until shower day.) When you request a quote, you'll be sent a questionnaire about what you'll need for your event (time frame, services, furnishings, etc.) so you know exactly what you're paying for when you get your price. There is a lot included in the price, but other than some standard items like tables and chairs, you'll need to rent, or bring in everything else yourself or with outside vendors. I did all of my own decor, had my family and friends help me set up, and we catered Porto's. There is a full kitchen with a stove/oven, prep area and sink as well if you're cooking yourself, we used the oven to warm up potato balls and stored drinks in the fridge and it worked out great. You can rent a cover for the kitchen if it's not your vibe. Here's some of the concerns I had before booking and how we overcame them: Concern: the venue is on the second story in a historic building and is only accessible by stairs. Solution: It is only one flight of stairs, and there is a break in the middle with ample room for a chair or bench if guests need a stopping point. I informed my guests of this ahead of time and had my husband help anyone who needed assistance, everyone was able to make it work. It was a little but rough carrying all of our own stuff up, but many hands made light work. Concern: there is only one bathroom for an event of nearly 90 people. Solution: Honestly, this was only an issue for us at the beginning of our event when people were arriving from far away places. Once the initial rush died out, there was never even a line for the bathroom. Concern: the space is very plain. Solution: The space does not have many bells and whistles, but I found it charming and rustic, and there's lots of opportunity to really make it as dressed up as you want with whatever theme you can think of. Also, the natural light from the windows on both sides of the building made things that much more appealing. Concern: there is no designated parking. Solution: the Electric Loft team was able to save some spaces directly in front for me and my set-up team, and then parking is open up and down the streets as well as at the nearby park. No one had any issues, save for some later arrivals as there was some kind of art event at another building nearby. There may be a little walking involved, but not so much that it made anything impossible. All in all, everyone thought it was a great spot and I've been recommending Electric Loft all over the place, and I'll continue to do so. Also shout out to The Splendor Co for my photo spot!

First, the coordinator, Antonio, did not honor an agreement we had regarding services/items that were supposed to be provided during the event. Afterward, he claimed the items had been stolen while fueling their company van at a gas station, yet nobody informed us the day of the event, apologized, or offered any alternative solution. I later sent him a respectful message on 03/27/26 asking how he planned to resolve the issue, and he completely ignored my text and never responded. Second, the venue changed our linens and décor without consulting my daughter or me. We were later told the original linens we selected were unavailable, but nobody bothered to communicate that beforehand. Third, the venue's breaker kept going out during the event, causing the DJ's music and lighting to shut off THREE separate times, which was embarrassing and disruptive. Fourth, despite security being present, some of my significant other's camera equipment was stolen during the event. Lastly, my deposit was supposed to be returned within two weeks according to the contract, yet over three weeks passed and I still had not received it until I personally followed up and asked for it. Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, accountability, and organization turned what should have been a beautiful celebration into a stressful and disappointing experience. Please make sure EVERYTHING is documented in writing if you decide to book here.

I wish I could give zero stars…read more The lack of compassion and communication surrounding my daughter's quinceañera was extremely disappointing. Our event was scheduled for June 21 2025, and Ismaella failed to inform me that her venue was shutting down until only 10 days before the event. Ten days before such an important milestone is unacceptable. She did attempt to find an alternative location at the last minute, but it was nowhere near accommodating for my family. Despite how devastating this was, I gave her grace and understanding, knowing the closure was out of her control. Ismaella told me she would refund the $2,000 I had already paid. However, after months of zero communication, I still have not received my refund nor any follow-up. Being understanding was met with silence. This experience caused unnecessary stress, heartbreak, and financial loss during what should have been a joyful time for my daughter. I would not recommend based on the lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through. Ismaella, contact me to do the right thing and return what is rightfully ours $2,000!!!!

The intimate size of the property worked perfectly for our smaller wedding and being able to add certain rental spaces helped us tailor the property to fit our needs. Shelly and all of the staff at the Garner House were all so incredibly kind and helpful through the process. They have great teamwork which really reflects in how smooth of a process this ended up being. In the chaos of wedding planning, this was one of the easier parts.
