The company chose USPS as the shipping method, and when the package didn't arrive, they refused to take responsibility or offer a resolution. Instead, they warned me that if I filed a chargeback, they would treat it as potential fraud and block me from future purchases. I received poor quality defective segment rings. I reached out to support on the contact us form. They replied and due to their technical issue, when you replied to them, it bounced back. They kept insisting I send pictures of the defective rings but a simple reply to their response with the word test even bounced back. Malicious, dishonest, and deceptive. Shop elsewhere. This company gave me by far the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I see they changed the wording for their "insurance." It was previously: "This option guarantees that your order will be re-shipped at no extra cost if you don't receive it within three weeks (domestic) or 45 days (international). " This is why I purchased the insurance. I've had three packages delivered at the wrong address before: a shirt, batteries, and a laptop. All were re-shipped without a problem (had to go fill out a police report for the laptop, but it did get replaced). I clicked a link for missing orders and received an email from their customer service to which I replied. And got no response. So I emailed again. Unfortunately, by this time the period to dispute a charge on my credit card had passed. I believe this was intentional. But I didn't think anything of it because, as stated before, I had never had even the slightest problem with companies and sellers fulfilling an order. I was told that I would have to pay more (for an order I already paid in full) to have it re-shipped. I quoted their own website and it was completely ignored in their response which was ONLY the tracking info. NO apologies, NO acknowledgement of what I had written. I am embarrassed to admit that I gave in and paid AGAIN, because i had already paid a larger amount and it would have cost me more to order from another place. At that time, I had spent weeks being very conscious of how I spent to be able to afford that first order, and being more careful with money after I paid a second time because it was much more than I had planned to spend. Made multiple attempts to rectify the situation with customer service. They were hostile (when they were actually responsive, that is), incredibly unprofessional, evasive, and proved incompetent. Ultimately had to dispute the transaction with my bank and alert Cheyenne that they're selling knockoffs of their machinery and claiming it to be new and authentic. I put 4 sets of the 3 mm size Titanium Crystal jewel stud earrings in my cart, for 4 sets of new piercings I just had done in my upper lobes. I'm highly allergic to other metals and titanium is all I can tolerate. The nurse at my dermatologist office highly recommended this place for quality titanium earrings. I received 4 sets of 5 mm size stud earrings in the mail. I tried on one set to discover they're huge and gotti. I called customer service and asked what happened. Sydney was very helpful and explained this sometimes happens, if they're out of stock of a product, the cart will default to a similar product. She said I can return them and will receive an email. Multiple email conversations later, I discovered; I could only return them if they weren't worn ( I tried on one pair so it voided the warranty and i can only return three now), I still lost $7 in the initial shipping and handling of their mistake, and they don't carry the 3 mm size of what I initially ordered and now I'd only get a store credit. So I'm stuck with a store credit, paying shipping and handling all over again, for a product they don't even carry. That's just poor business not to reimburse the customer for a product that they don't carry. What am I gonna do with a store credit when they don't have what I initially ordered? I should've been reimbursed, not given a credit for a company error. I wouldn't have placed my order in the first place had I known they didn't carry the product I wanted. I ordered $1,400 worth of tattoo equipment to upgrade my setup after my old power supply broke. I've been without a functioning machine for 3 weeks now. Ordered my new machine, wireless batteries, charging dock and some ink on april 13th. When the order arrived, everything was in order, EXCEPT I was sent the wrong type of battery for my machine. No big deal, I contacted them about returning them and exchanging them for the right ones. I went to UPS the SAME DAY my order arrived, and sent it back (out of pocket cost) with insurance. It's now been 3 weeks, my return package has been SITTING AT THEIR FACILITY where it was confirmed delivered, and all anyone can tell me is "our warehouse is behind and we don't know anything else, it's going to be a while", "my supervisor said there's nothing we can do." I've never spent so much money to have nearly $600 worth of product held hostage. I haven't been able to work for these 3 weeks and it's now taking a direct toll on my living. I received a small titanium fishtail nose stud. It was adorable. I bent it, put it in, looked cute all day. No issues, fit great.
