He was charming and funny and sensitive to my aunt. He escorted her into a private room and talked with her about lifestyle, expectations and the different options that were available to her. At the end of the day, she selected a human hair wig. It was more natural looking and it didn't feel hot and itchy on her head. She ordered it and we waited for her fitting. I reached out to the owner directly. She asked when I ordered it, I sent my order confirmation, and then never received a response. I also called about the order, and the person who answered the phone was not pleasant or helpful.
