I have followed up multiple times and she has ignored every single one of my emails and phone calls. That was in July and I have since given up on hearing back. This soured the experience for me and left me with picking up the entire $750 cost while I'm already dealing with high costs of treatment (my insurance would have reimbursed me half the cost of the wig).
