Since this was the first time experiencing this, I wasn't sure what to expect. I wondered if we would be able to find something that she would like and how many hair pieces would she need to try on before finding one. Sharon welcomed us into her studio and was the most pleasant person to do business with. All she knew from my conversation on the phone was that my mother had hair loss on the top of her head and the color of her hair. Sharon chose a hair piece and placed it on my mother's head. Immediately I was looking at the mother I have always known. She then chose one more to try on. We were both sold on the very first hair piece she tried on. Sharon took her time and showed her how to put the hair piece on and gave her plenty of practice on her own. My mother walked out of the studio wearing her new hair piece, like a proud little peacock. Once we returned home, she was so excited about it and said, "this is exactly what I wanted". I would recommend Sharon at Crowning Alternatives to anyone experiencing hair loss. With her expertise and warm, welcoming personality, we had an awesome experience.

She had tried wigs in the past but they looked like a hair hat and she quickly abandoned them. I should point out that she was buying them online. When I took her into Eldorado we met with Marty. He was charming and funny and sensitive to my aunt. He escorted her into a private room and talked with her about lifestyle, expectations and the different options that were available to her. At the end of the day, she selected a human hair wig. It was more natural looking and it didn't feel hot and itchy on her head. She ordered it and we waited for her fitting. The day arrived and she was very anxious. We arrived and again we were escorted into a private room with a stylist. The wig looked a little odd when my aunt first put it on. But after cutting and combing and styling she looked amazing. She was so happy! And it looked so natural I would have never known it was a wig. This was six months ago and when she comes here to visit she always stops into Eldorado for a style. It has made a huge difference in her life. Thank you so much, Eldorado!

I'd rather hear the truth and get the best looking hair than have my feelings spared. Most importantly, my hair looks natural. I live with it as if it were my own hair. Cathy, my stylist could not be more customer friendly and pleasant. Because of Marty's true passion for his craft and his customers, he has taught his team to add hair in between pieces to keep their clients looking their best. The cost is reasonable and, if you plan to be a regular, you can pay a flat fee monthly. Ladies, it's about the same cost as a good salon with color and highlights and a salon could never give you back what nature has taken. Why wouldn't you go with Marty? You'd pay good money to dine with Gordon Ramsey. Buck up and take a little honest feedback from Marty. You'll be glad you did.
