However, I recently had some issues with my auto-refill prescription at the pharmacy here. This pharmacy is usually really on top of things but for whatever reason my prescription took a week to fill. It was marked as "in process" on November 25th and wasn't ready until December 2nd. Luckily, it's a prescription I can live without but for others, this could've probably been a life or death situation. There were no updates on the website or through the automated robot when I called. To top it all off, I tried calling THREE separate times to try to get through to a real human being. I called all at different times and different days in the hopes of catching someone but each time, I was on hold for over 20 minutes. The third time I called, I finally got through to someone and asked about the prescription status. She took 1 minute to check on it and said it'd be ready in an hour.... I don't know why it took so long for this common prescription to be filled or why it was almost impossible to talk to a real person. It makes me think the prescription had been sitting there all along and no one had taken the steps to mark it as ready for pick up. I really hope I don't have to deal with this issue again!

I have been on hold for an hour and a half....This is a daily thing. They will tell you that your meds are ready then you get there and its oh give us 20 minutes..nevrt fails. My massuer, Christian had excellent communication skills. I felt that he expertly massaged away the pain that brought me in while continuously checking in on my comfort.
