I am so glad we did. From the time we entered the door everyone was so nice.. I can't remember his name but he is an older gentleman. I actually had a picture of the ring that I was interested in and he took me right there to it. How awesome is that! They offer you a bottle of water which I must say is very refreshing on a very hot day. They offer refreshments regardless of what you're there for. Even when I come to have my jewelry cleaned which btw is free of charge. They told me to come back every six months to have my ring inspected if you purchased the insurance. but you can come in to have your ring professionally cleaned as much as you want. Again free of charge. I work with a lot of harsh soaps and im constantly washing my hands and using hand sanitizer so my ring was starting to look cloudy. which is what sometimes happen to diamonds. My jewelry cleaner that I bought at home was only cleaning the outer surface and not getting under the diamond and into the crevices. They took care of that! I left with my ring looking like it just arrived from the show case. Way to go Jared! You guys rock! Thanks again for the offering of the refreshments which is a good hospitality! Unfortunately, the experience quickly soured thanks to the cold, dismissive attitude of Helene Cooper, the manager. I mentioned that the ring I had seen online was previously listed at 30% off and asked if something similar could be done in-store. Instead of having a real conversation or offering any kind of customer service, she shut it down immediately with a forced smile and eyes that said, "Don't waste my time." I've never felt so looked down on in a retail setting. I wasn't trying to haggle or beg I came ready to spend and support a brand I once respected. But Helene's attitude made me feel like a second-class citizen, like I had wandered in from the clearance rack with no business being there. In the end, I just used the warranty to get my ring cleaned and left. Any excitement I had about adding to my collection was completely drained. That fake smile of hers reminded me of a toxic high school relationship polite on the outside, condescending underneath. I expected more from a store that sells symbols of love and commitment at a high vaule price. Instead, I was reminded that sometimes the sparkle is only on the surface.

The last time I was there, I brought 2 watches for him to take a look at. One was to replace a battery, which he did less than a few minute. He had marked inside the watch casing of when I was there last, which was a couple years ago, and stated that if the battery dies under a certain amount of time, I can come back and he will replace it for free. The 2nd watch was to replace my fossil watch leather straps which has these special side handles to take them off and on easily. After a few years, these bands began to completely fall apart (see photos). When I went to the fossil store, they didn't have many watch bands there for my size watch (22mm) and they were expensive. I bought my watch from there on a great deal, but the cost of replacement bands was about 1/3 of what I paid for the actual watch. Saif, while i was waiting for my battery to be replaced, which was, again, not very long. I asked if they had bands for my fossil watch. He said he did, not with the special handles, but he has the tools to make it in. He showed me a selection of nice leather bands, and after I made my selection, he replaced my old band without a problem. He even replaced the original buckle attached to the old one. The cost of the new leather band was also almost half the cost of the fossil bands. He also gave a guaranteed that any problems would be fixed free of charge. The service here is outstanding! I highly recommend.

I was interested in a particular one, and was unsure about buying it since it is a fairly large purchase. The young guy at the counter reassured me that if my fiancé didnt like it, I could come back to return or exchange it. I purchased the watch and walked away. I gave my fiancé a call, and it unfortunately turned out that he has almost the exact same model. Since I was still in the mall, I wanted to go back and return it about a half hour later. When I went back, he told me that "all sales were final" and that I couldnt return it. When I questioned him and the sale, he said that there is nothing that he can do. The next day, I went back to the mall with hopes that there would be a different salesperson working, but it was the same person. I asked him about the receipt, and how it says that I have 14 days to return it and how he told me in person that I could return it. His response was that "œthe company is moving and they forgot to update the receipt". I asked for his managers number and he told me they just have the shops number on the receipt. This purchase was not a clearance item, and I found out that it is actually full price and selling for cheaper online. There was no indication of the watch being "final sale". When I also questioned the salesperson he said "Yeah, I know that it is cheaper. We would have price matched the watch for you, had you shown us that". I just can't believe I fell for their lies, lesson learned.
