I was looking for an Invicta watch for my fiancé and saw that Fashion Time at the mall sold them. I was interested in a particular one, and was unsure about buying it since it is a fairly large purchase. The young guy at the counter reassured me that if my fiancé didnt like it, I could come back to return or exchange it. I purchased the watch and walked away. I gave my fiancé a call, and it unfortunately turned out that he has almost the exact same model. Since I was still in the mall, I wanted to go back and return it about a half hour later. When I went back, he told me that "all sales were final" and that I couldnt return it. When I questioned him and the sale, he said that there is nothing that he can do. The next day, I went back to the mall with hopes that there would be a different salesperson working, but it was the same person. I asked him about the receipt, and how it says that I have 14 days to return it and how he told me in person that I could return it. His response was that "œthe company is moving and they forgot to update the receipt". I asked for his managers number and he told me they just have the shops number on the receipt. This purchase was not a clearance item, and I found out that it is actually full price and selling for cheaper online. There was no indication of the watch being "final sale". When I also questioned the salesperson he said "Yeah, I know that it is cheaper. We would have price matched the watch for you, had you shown us that". I just can't believe I fell for their lies, lesson learned.

When I showed the lady, she told me that I most likely brought the watch in like that (even though I know I did not), and that they could repair it, but that they would charge me. When I insisted that the watch was fine when I came in, she said the repair would be free, but still charged me for the battery change. Needless to say, I'm sending my watch to the manufacturer for repair, and I'm never setting foot in this store again. The employees are rude and not competent enough to even change a battery.

My mother attempted to take my husband's wedding ring into the store today for us (as we moved out of state where there is no REEDS nearby), to the Hanover (Arundel Mills Mall) store who claimed to be opening at noon today. She arrived at quarter after to then find a closed sign on the door claiming to now be opening at 1PM. She then returned at 1:39pm to find the closed sign moved to 2pm... so, she decided to wait on a mall bench nearby minding her business until they opened... the store then called MALL SECURITY on my mother to have her removed from the site!!! ...for waiting?! She did absolutely nothing but wait for a store to open almost 2 hours after their "opening time". She was embarrassed and mortified as passerby mall attendees watched mall security escort her out!!! What an absolute disgrace of a store and their employee's lack of customer service.
