Pag's has become a staples in my diet, is that bad? Their complete spread of pizzas is tasty but the spicy chicken tops my list. They also do a great Caesar salad. A slice of pizza, side salad, and glass of Manny's hits the spot! Definitely check them out if you haven't yet. read more

I typically adore Pagliacci Pizza. I used to live next to the first one on Capital Hill. More recently, we used to have pizzas delivered at least 4 times a month. Our favorite was the Crostata (their season pie with carmelized Walla Walla sweets). Unfortunately, since moving to Edmonds, the two times I ordered from them have been colossal yucky-ness. The pies are over baked and the toppings are scant. Their prices have soared over the past few years and I'm never going to order from the Edmonds location again. I complained about the first pie and they sent and they mailed me a gift card (which is very sporting of them). I was so disappointed in the Crostata on Friday that I just threw it away after 2 bites. The pizza was overcooked, so the cheese "broke" and was greasy. And the crust was so flat (I like the lighter crust with yeast bubbles in them) and had the consistency of rubber with zero flavor. I ordered double onions and I don't even believe that there was an 1/8th of a cup of onions on the whole pie. Unfortunately, for as long as I live in Edmonds, I will not be ordering from them again. I don't know why their product differs so much from location to location, but it does. The Greenwood kitchen has it DOWN! The Edmonds location needs to go learn from the Greenwood location how to make pizza. And the girl who answered the phone? Maybe it was her first day or something, but I had to repeat myself 3 or 4 times about my directions on the pizza. C'mon Edmonds Location! Get busy making real pizza again. read more

I'm only giving this pizza two stars because the guy at the front desk was so sweet that took my order. Honestly? This might be the worst pizza I've ever ordered. The sauce was gross, the toppings on my margherita were bland and bitter and the meat pizza left an odd after taste. Like I said, the *people* were amazing and friendly, the pizza however will not be coming back to our house any time soon. I'd honestly rather get a whole pizza at PCC across the street. Large pizza for $14 with all the toppings I like. We love it. We won't be getting Pagliacci pizza again. :( read more

Stopped in for a quick lunch while I was in town for business. I got a slice of their salami pizza and a Caesar salad. Pizza was delicious, thin, soft crust, lightly sauced, not greasy at all. I also loved the Caesar, plenty of dressing, Parmesan and croutons (the trifecta of deliciousness)! I would definitely stop back next time I'm in town. read more

Top notch customer service! We went in last Sunday for lunch. We wanted slices and were surprised not all locations offer it. We go with a salad and a calzone instead. The server/kitchen staff/perhaps manager brings us the calzone and informs us that since the top didn't come out right (looked fine to me) they are making us a new one. Okayyy... Not gonna turn down a free calzone! The first one looked and tasted great and when the second one came out, it was beautiful. Picture perfect, food magazine pretty. We took that one home. Everyone was very friendly and taking the time to make things right stands out. Thanks to the Pagliacci staff who knows good customer service! read more

I love coming here for a great pie! Pags has always been one of my favourite Seattle pizzerias. I enjoy being able to come in and sit down with a cold beer and a delicious hot concoction. Their seasonal pizzas are always amazing! read more

Our favorite pizza in Edmonds! The restaurant has a nice low-key play area for kids so it makes a good family friendly option. Love the pizza and the Pagliacci team is always great at making the pizza to fit our picky-ish eaters in our house. Delivery is quick and the pizza is nice and hot! read more

Good pizza especially for the price. I go here often as I work near by and I've never had any issues other than getting cold pizza once in a while because they said it just came out of the oven when you can tell it did not. Overall, nice place to eat. I'd like to meet some of the people reviewing because they sure do see a lot more problems than I have haha read more

You know it's Pagliacci... the Starbucks of pizza... I like my starbucks. so I like my Pagiliacci....

Food good, ordered a plain cheese pizza, medium, lasagna, and a salad, to go. Close to a $40 bill, just way too expensive. Deju vu all over again. I said the same thing last time I ordered carry out. Maybe it will stick this time, won't be back any time soon. read more

Came here for a quick dinner - great veggie pesto pizza and friendly staff. Crunchy crust - not super thin but satisfying.

It's been disappointing as heck lately! The last three pizzas have been lacking. Missing toppings, soggy bottom, undercooked crust. I've ordered a lot of pizzas over the years from this location. When it's good it's damn good! But the inconsistency has me pretty much done with ordering. The company is great with taking care of problems when you call in, however I'm not gonna call in three times in a row! Blah.... read more

Worst service experience we have ever had. Went back to counter 6 times in a 35 mins. This is for pizza by the slice. Never dine in here. Only do take out. read more

Does not honor coupons! I received 2 coupons in the mail, both for a free 11" pizza with purchase of a more expensive pizza. Nowhere on the coupons did it state that you could only use one coupon per order. When I called to order, I was told I could only use one at a time, and that they had special terms not listed on the coupon! All in all, it took me 20+ minutes to order by phone, I still ended up getting charged too much, and the manager was useless. The food itself was ok, and delivered on time. I will not order from them again. read more

Stopped by here on our way to go fishing. They apparently used to not serve single slices, but now they do! My boyfriend ended up getting a slice of spicy pepper chicken pizza and a beer. While I got the the pesto slice. It had mushrooms, artichoke hearts, pesto (duh.) pizza sauce, mozzarella and *drum roll*.... GOAT CHEESE! This little lady hates trying new things. I didn't even know until afterwards when I read the menu. The crust is thin but crunchy and tasty. They proudly display their love for composting. I also saw something about an autism awareness night (weekly?) We were going to stop by after fishing to get a whole pizza, but we took an alternative route. All in all it was about $13 for two slices, a beer and a fountain drink. Not shabby. read more

The manager here knows his business. We had a really impressive experience here just last night; we stopped in to have a pizza and salads before going to the theatre. We'd had our salads and a glass of wine, and were starting to wonder where our pizza was, when a young man came to our table (I admit, I thought he was the busboy - he looked VERY young). He told us, "Well, there's been a problem with your pizza. Basically, they forgot to make it. They're making it now, but it's going to be a delay." My husband looked at his watch and glowered. The manager caught that immediately, and said, "Are you in a hurry?" I said, "I think we'll be okay." He said, "I'm going to make this right. How would dinner on the house be?" I looked at him for a moment, amazed, then said, "Does anyone ever actually say no?" He said, "Well, I suppose they could, but they'd be crazy." So we had our beloved Pagliacci salads (what IS that dressing? I love the stuff), a large pizza (highly recommend the chicken and spinach pizza, it's delicious), and two glasses of wine. Gratis. That manager will go far. The restaurant is also very pleasant inside, and the counter staff were very efficient and friendly. I only docked one star because Pagliacci won't open a damned franchise in South King County. ;-) read more

Been a long time since I've had this pizza. Received a coupon for a free medium pizza so we decided to give it a try. Nothing special about it. The dough/crust was the best part. Thin pizza with minimal amount of cheese and sparse toppings. Good flavors but was disappointed overall. A large, free medium and salad still cost $42+ tip. Delivery was good and driver was very friendly. read more

Expensive and not worth the price. Average pizza at best. Breadsticks are plain and simple. Not coming back.

I ordered from this location for nearly 7 years. Every pie was perfect. Recently we had two very soggy, nasty pizzas delivered. Customer Service sent me a gift card to try them again after I sent feedback in about the first bad pie. We ordered another one, thinking/hoping the qualify control problem was a glitch, but alas - this pie was almost exactly the same. Droopy and just plain sad. I am really bummed because this was by far the best pizza -- good ingredients, nice combos, always very nice service over the phone and by the delivery person. But now I don't think I will order pizza from there again. Maybe we will have to stick with calzones! read more

Pagliacci's is the best chain pizza and tastes better than some pizzas made by pizza specialty restaurants. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful, the crust good. read more

I love this place. And living over and hour away from the nearest location is torturous but it makes it that much better every time. The nonnas pasta and chicken spinach pizza give me life. I will admit there have been a couple occasions where orders have been screwed up or employees lack but as a company they always try to make it right read more

Cheese pizza is good. Breadsticks were like cardboard. Delivery driver was rude. Go somewhere else if you have the option.

Bugs were everywhere, the food tasted sub par, and the customer service was very lackluster...very upset with the experience overall

You get what you pay for, this isn't Pizza Hut. I don't know if it's company policy, but they ALWAYS open our takeout box and let us look. I've never actually had a bad Brooklyn Bridge though, but the thought is nice. All the staff I've dealt with was friendly and had good attitudes, manager is great. Someone needs to smuggle out their crust recipe, unbeatable. I wish this location would do slices like the other southern locations. read more

Best veggie pizza I've had in *years.* Really good. Their pepperoni pizza is spicy which is great!

First order I ever had from pagliacci was on thanksgiving eve and it was switched with another order. I had asked for spicy pep and ended up getting someone's pep/garlic/bell pepper combo and was very delighted by the combination. I didn't call back because it was the day before the holiday and it really wasn't a big deal. About 30 minutes later I got a call from someone in the store, he profusely apologized even though it wasn't necessary and said he'd send me a gift card. Top notch service, delivery driver was very courteous, most of all the pizza was great and now I have opened my eyes to a wonderful combo of flavors!- read more

New to town, first try - had pizza delivered. Delivery was prompt. BUT, the pizza was awful. No Cheese! Just dry sauce and some pepperoni. Cardboard like. $23 + tip. Never again. read more

This is a great company. Not only do the make excellent pizza & the best caesar salad in the city (IMO) but their customer service is stellar. I probably average one or two orders a month with them. Tonight I'm on the freeway in torrential rain and horrible traffic, and decide I really don't feel like cooking. I have their number saved on my cell phone, so I was able to call their customer service with no effort on my part. The CSR who answered knew the phone number I was calling from, my name, the location where I usually pick up - she even knew what my standard order is. The entire order process took no more than 15 seconds or so. I REALLY appreciated how quick and easy they make it, since it allowed me to concentrate on the awful driving conditions. But the best part is, when I arrived at the store and got my wallet out to pay, I was told that I'm a "frequent pie-er" and that my entire order (pizza, salad and soft drinks) was on the house. Now that's class! I highly recommend this company. read more
