And then to top it all off, our order was to go, and once I got home we realized the freaking pizza was burnt on the bottom!!!! Two large pies and a noodle dish came out to almost $60!!! WTF!??! I come in for a slice or two during lunch. They use compostable, plant based straws and cups. It's around $8 for two slices and unlimited fountain drink. Not too bad for supporting a local, sustainable company. The dining area is always clean and employees fast and friendly. They have a slice card....13th slice is free, just remember to get your card punched every time you go. There is private lot parking, no worries about finding street parking. read more

I normally would give a 5 star, but was disappointed tonight. Went into the store as soon as I received their text that my pizza was ready. My pizza was barely warm and cold by by the time I made my 5 minute drive home. It was not very busy, so I'm disappointed tonight. Normally, the best pizza around. Im very disappointed I've always liked Pagliaccis. The pizza is expensive, but usually it's worth it. Today, at this location, it wasn't worth it, or even good. The two pizzas we bought were burnt in some places, or just so greasy in others it was like eating a wet piece of stale bread. Then we waited 15 minutes to get a fork to eat the too soggy to pickup pizza. The salad tasted similar to what I suspect my yard waste bin contents would taste like. Mostly plain grass, with some left over pieces of ham tossed in. Go to Taco Bell across the street for a better chance at an enjoyable dinning experience, or head to a Seattle location. read more

I have been craving the salad and pizza since I moved away.. A few days back and ordered delivery.. It was fast within 30 min.. The pizza was just OK.. Got the Hawaiian.. I know the toppings and ingredients are fresh and that makes a difference but it was as just ok.. The salad was great as always.. Love the beans and dressing.. We used to love getting a pizza from Pagliaacis and considered it one of the best in Seattle. We went to the Pagliaacis in Edmonds over weekend and had what was probably the worse pizza we have ever had. Not just the worse Pagliaacis pizza, but the worse pizza.. period. The crust was a crazy mix of sog and almost a plastic-y texture on the edge crust. I am not sure how you can make a pizza that has almost no flavor, but somehow they managed. I should have taken a cue that there was almost no one eating there on a weekend. We tried to "doctor" our leftover pizza after we got home, but couldn't redeem it enough to make it worth eating , so chucked it in the garbage. Sad end to an expensive pizza. Maybe it is just at this location and they were having a bad night, but, based on our experience , we have decided that we will no longer buy Pagliccis pizza. read more

This is one of my favorite pizza joints. I haven't eaten in house often but it has always been a good experience. I mostly call for delivery and its always out to me quickly and no mistakes. The staff is always professional and courteous. The pizza is awesome with many standbys and seasonal to choose. We usually go with the original cheese. Quality ingredients and Eco friendly business approach also make the chain nice. Plus it's a good hometown chain. read more

For what I spent on this SMALL pizza, $25, I could've bought 2 Costco pizzas, and drinks. Not to mention a Costco pizza has more flavor. Come on guys, it's no wonder why your place was empty with pizza like this... I gave you a summary of areas to focus on, take it as constructive criticism and fix it. Was happy with the pizza & salad but extremely disappointed with the customer service. The young guy with shaggyish black hair was very apathetic & showed 0 friendliness while ringing me in. Though there was no one standing behind me, he seemed very eager to get me in & out and had very poor manners. Him & another employee were also busy talking which was taking time away for me to order a second thing. He then made a sarcastic, yet somewhat rude response on how I "cut him" which put me in an uncomfortable position. Pizza Pagliacci rocks not just because they have good pizza - which they do. Our most recent pizza was eggplant, tomato, feta, garlic, veggie goodness... but these guys totally helped out Mitchell and I. Let me paint the scene... it's Friday evening, we're taking the Edmonds-Kingston Ferry to go see my parents. We pull up at 5pm to the long-ass line for the ferry and the big sign that says "90 minute to 2 hour wait for ferry". Mitchell is hungry. This is no surprise. He looks around and sees Pizza Pagliacci - asks me if I want pizza - and practically leaps out of the car. 2 minutes later the line starts to move and all of the sudden I'm well over a mile down the road - I look down - Mitchell has left his cell in the car. Long story short the pizza delivery man literally delivered Mitchell and our pizza to my car 30 minutes and 3 miles later. Thanks guys! read more

I've always been a fan of this place. So glad there's one very close to home. Tonight left me feeling nostalgic and remembered how much "mum" used to enjoy eating pizza with me when she used to visit me, and that was so long ago. Anyway... Feeling under the weather, I thought this would be a perfect time to want a simple quiet night to myself. So, I thought take-out will suffice my wishes. I love their well-balanced pizza such as: veggie pizza and their simple caesar salad. It's just right, not greasy and not heavy. I really think it's one of the best place to have pizza whether I choose to be alone (which is always nice...) or with a friend, or with family. For take out, they are efficient as far as delivery time. The guy who delivered tonight is a really nice well-mannered guy and so appreciated that. He was polite and said "thank you" for ordering from them and said "be well". I liked that... Anyhow, they make really good pizza in my opinion. It wasn't too long ago that Pagliacci made the best best pies around. I know they are expensive and all but they were delicious. But I think many establishments have stepped up their game as of recent and unfortunately for Pag, I find myself being drawn to them. To dine in here is just an awkward experience. It is just not comfortable. From the front order station, to the silverware and drink station, to the cold hard tables they provide, not good. It's not easy to navigate the menu while ordering and then you have people behind you waiting for you to finish so they can order. If you want an enjoyable dine in experience go somewhere else. If you want good pizza (at a premium price) have it delivered. read more

I love Pagliacci Pizza. Hands down among the best pizza in the area. Barring none. I'm a bit puzzled by some of the lower ratings, since I honestly think it is the best balanced and best tasting pizza out there in the Puget Sound region. I have personally never had a bad experience with them and I've had more than my fair share of pizza. Ordering a pizza fresh is best, but they do have slices. The pagliaccio salad is phenomenal. The dressing they use is damn near perfection. Each element of the pizza is awesome if you taste it by itself. Awesome sauce, great cheese and a flavorful and well cooked crust. It has always been consistently good for us. The quality of every topping I have ever gotten was top notch. I like this location a lot because it has the best of both worlds -- awesome pizza and a nice dining area that is casual, relaxed, and open. read more

Incredible that I had not been to to a Pagliacci until now, but there's a first for everything, right? Well my first visit to Pagliacci was nothing special. I was intrigued when a friend recommended it to me and said "they sell pizza by the slice". Perfect! This will make a great dinner destination for my daughter and I between school and sports Wednesday nights. Here's what we experienced: hard to find parking in the small lot, even though we were surprisingly the only patrons in the restaurant. Who do all the cars in the parking lot belong to - employees? As I had never been to a Pagliacci before, I inquired about the "by the slice" options to the woman behind the counter. She pointed at 4 varieties, which were not covered and looked like they had been there for a while. I hesitantly ordered 2 slices and 2 beverages. It's not full-service, so I fixed my beverage from the fountain machine, grabbed a few napkins, and some silverware and sat down. There was a little alcove play area with duplo Lego blocks, which attracted the attention of my daughter. While she was playing I wondered to myself - do I serve myself here? I sat and waited. After a while, a woman who was not the cashier appeared, and asked if I had received my pizza yet. "No", I replied. She asked what I had ordered and promptly fulfilled my order. Sadly, since I ordered "by the slide", it was not fresh and needed to be reheated. This made the crust so hard that my daughter was unable to chew any of it. We ended up eating the toppings, which were sparse, bused our own dishes, and left hungry. I was annoyed to find a tip jar on the counter. Tips? For self-serve? The price was comparable to PCC's "by the slice" across the street. Next time I will go there. Better ingredients, better pizza. Enough said. read more

The hubby and I moved back to Washington and of course we had to go back to our favorite pizza place - Pagliacci. I love this location (I am an Edmonds native and love my hometown). As always - it was DELICIOUS. Pagliaccio salad - AMAZING. Pepperoni pizza - FANTASTIC. But my favorite combo is prosciutto and gorgonzola. YUM. Yes - it is expensive. But the quality of the ingredients and the skill at making the pizza and salad - it is worth it. If I am going to eat pizza - it has to be great pizza. And this is exceptional pizza. read more

We order from here so often that it's kind of embarrassing. They keep your orders on file (I think they use your telephone number as a reference) and once they told us how much we ordered in a 6th month period b/c we qualified for coupons and as frequent pie-ers, and well, it was embarrassing. I LOVE the seasonal specials. They are almost always yummy, even if they sound sort of weird. There's a rosemary, chicken and potato one that is mouth watering in the winter. My favorite is Pizza Bianco. Why don't they have this on the regular menu? It's several different cheeses on a white garlic sauce base. We get it with tomatoes after the bake. So good. Even the kids like it. We try to order it a few times before it goes away. I'm not such a fan of their red sauce, it's not bad, I just like the pizzas with the olive oil or white garlic sauce base better. We special order one for the kids with white garlic sauce and cheese that they like better than the Original cheese. Parma Primo is good as is the Pesto Primo if you're not into meat. We normally get two 11 inch pies and a large Pagliacci salad. That feeds us (family of 4) with a few slices left over for the morning. My kids aren't huge eaters though so take that into account when ordering. We normally just order for home delivery. We've eaten at the restaurant a few times. There's a great little play area for the kids, it's sort of mod with pale wood and lots of light and windows, good for a group. But it's also really noisy and frankly I'd rather be home with my wine in my slippers. I can't tell you how happy I was when they moved into our hood and we found out they deliver to our address. It's one of the things I've missed most about living in Seattle proper. Yay! I'd give 5 stars if the Pizza Bianco was available year round or more options with the white garlic sauce base. read more

They failed twice tonight . After we waited quite some time a worker came out and said our pizza ended up burnt. So they said it would be about 12 minutes until it would be ready, once re made. Next pizza did arrive to table, we both started eating a slice and unfortunately it was under cooked... crust doughy under the toppings. We had to go up to counter in order to get their attention and let them know. They actually admitted , by saying yes we know, the oven is to hot. The toppings cooked and the pizza didnt. Refunded our money, which we have to go online to varify. Offered us a free slice of pizza as we leave, however stomach's don't feel good , so we pass on the offer. Youd think they'd give a free pizza coupon for next visit, because were certianitly are not going to try again with our own money at 33$ a pop.....total disappointment and feeling ill. read more

I've ordered from here several times. The food is always amazing you have to try the chicken parm!! The salads are very well made with lots of fresh looking and tasting ingredients. I went here for dinner and was completely disappointed. The guy with the pierced nose bridge seemed downright irritated to be at work. When I asked what beer they had he pointed to the cooler and mumbled something. Gives me a beer, doesn't offer a glass or water. I typically adore Pagliacci Pizza. I used to live next to the first one on Capital Hill. More recently, we used to have pizzas delivered at least 4 times a month. Our favorite was the Crostata (their season pie with carmelized Walla Walla sweets). Unfortunately, since moving to Edmonds, the two times I ordered from them have been colossal yucky-ness. The pies are over baked and the toppings are scant. Their prices have soared over the past few years and I'm never going to order from the Edmonds location again. I complained about the first pie and they sent and they mailed me a gift card (which is very sporting of them). I was so disappointed in the Crostata on Friday that I just threw it away after 2 bites. The pizza was overcooked, so the cheese "broke" and was greasy. And the crust was so flat (I like the lighter crust with yeast bubbles in them) and had the consistency of rubber with zero flavor. I ordered double onions and I don't even believe that there was an 1/8th of a cup of onions on the whole pie. Unfortunately, for as long as I live in Edmonds, I will not be ordering from them again. I don't know why their product differs so much from location to location, but it does. The Greenwood kitchen has it DOWN! The Edmonds location needs to go learn from the Greenwood location how to make pizza. And the girl who answered the phone? Maybe it was her first day or something, but I had to repeat myself 3 or 4 times about my directions on the pizza. C'mon Edmonds Location! Get busy making real pizza again. read more
