I really love their pizza. It's about as close as I can get to the New York pizza, which is where i'm from. I mean, it's a long way away from that, but compared to everything else, it's close. I love the variety of the individual slices that they have. And I have a huge preference to get individual slices than a the pizza pie. The slices for some reason just tastes better. I really liked the pepperoni Pizza probably the most, but it's pretty greasy, so I i get it sometimes. I i also choose the pizzas that have a lot of flavor with maybe sausage and peppers. I think you can't go wrong here because there's something that matches everybody's flavor palette if you like pizza. I've also called in for pickup, and they have been willing to bring it out to my car, which has been a lifesaver. That's why I don't have to I get my walk around and try to navigate getting into the building. And that made my lunch, which was two slices of pizza tastes so good as I sat in my car and devoured them. Fortunately Pagliacci pizza is across the water for me and we don't have any over here in Kitsap County. If we did, I'd probably eat pizza very often, and that actually would not be good for me and my health. read more

We just love Pagliacci Pizza so much. Every night with Pagliacci Pizza is an amazing dinner night, eagerly approved by the kids. We usually try one of their seasonal specials, pepperoni, Brooklyn Bridge, and/or South Philly. We also add their amazing pagliaccio salad, which goes so well with their pizza. Their crust is nicely done and I love the crust. All of their ingredients are of great quality and fresh. They are consistent and I never had a bad pizza with them. Service is always friendly, prompt, and responsive. Most of the time, we order them to go and we eat at home. Their Edmonds location is clean, neat, well-organized, and welcoming for diners and other customers alike. We never really see them having a sale all year and the only real event is their pi day sale on 3/14 every year, which is a family pizza day for us. But they do host numerous free slice day throughout the year and that is a good opportunity for us to try their other pizzas and it's always fun. They were giving away 2 FREE SLICES for one day only & it was only the Edmonds location. I believe it was because they wanted to showcase their new dining room & boy did it look nice. They did a great remodel! Because of their free offer the line was out the door but they are super efficient & they wait was surprisingly short, they definitely know what they are doing. My pizza was tasty & even got a parking spot in their parking lot. Big shout out to the staff for their hard work, tasty pizzas, & quick & friendly service. It was a cold, rainy day in beautiful Edmonds, so after we were done at Urban Craft Uprising, so we decided to get pizza at the Palace of P-Pie. I am a lover of all things Pagliacci, so eating here was really a no-brainer. My friends and I decided to order a Hawaiian pizza (PS pineapple DOES so belong on pizza), and anxiously awaited our linner. When the pizza arrived, it was hot and perfectly gooey, with an amazing balance of sweet from the pineapple, smokey savory goodness from the ham, and that beautiful tang from the tomato sauce. Consistently delicious pizzas. I enjoy the thin crust, different from some of the other pizzas I enjoy. This is my mom, my dad, and I's go-to pizza delivery place. We used to go in store to pick it up, but now do mostly delivery. I am allergic to wheat (different than gluten intolerance, allergy and intolerance are not the same thing) so normally I get a gluten-free crust when I want to minimize my allergic reaction. Some pizzas don't cause me an allergic reaction even without the gluten-free crust. Pagliacci pizzas are some of those pizzas, and even if they did cause me an allergic reaction they would be worth the few hours of discomfort the allergic reaction entails. Both regular and gluten-free crusts are solid and the gluten-free crust so good that sometimes I order it just for the taste. My favorites are the Agog Primo and any of the spicy meat pizzas. I can easily eat four or five slices especially after a day with a lot of physical exertion. The last time we ordered from here (9 May 2020) we even got two complimentary cookies from Hello Robin Cookies that were also delicious. This is pizza and I sure as hell hope Dave Portenoy comes here because he's going 8.0 or higher. Pagliacci's will always be my go-to pizza place, and probaly my all time favorite pizza place! I always get the classic pepperoni pizza, but their seaonsals are quite good too, and im always waiting to see what will release! I want to say we have Pagliacci's for dinner maybe once or twice a month. Anyways, the pizza is always super fresh and super tasty! The quality is always super high, and you can really tell the quality is good because of the taste in the ingredients, and how it is made. The pizza is just really consistent and that is a huge part on why I love Pagliacci's so much. I also love the designs on the boxes, and they occasionally change up the art on the box which is really cool. I actually kept a few (clean) pizza boxes just because of the cool art and design. I don't believe Pags had ever disappointed, and they have always been the best in my book! However, we just recently moved to the Edmonds area and so that means I'll probably lose the Dukedom (most check-ins) I have at the Pagliacci's near Lake City! But soon enough I'll hopefully have a Dukedom at this Pagliacci's! I actually like the Edmonds location better because it seems slightly bigger, and it seems way nice that the one near Lake City. read more

This review is about Pizza (American style which you cannot compare to pizza in Naples or Roma, there's no comparison) and not about ambiance, etc. Straight up Pagliacci delivers a pretty good pizza consistently compared to so many others (Brooklyn Bridge, Hawaiian, etc.). Also I like the fact I can custom order my pie as well the crust (reg, well done, etc.) and there red sauce is very good. Again I don't give out 5 star reviews like using TP (as most folks do) so understand this is a solid 3. Today I will compare it to Johnny Mo's as they say there the BEST PIZZA in town? Came in for lunch at approximately noon got two slices of pepperoni that had just arrived to the slice presentation counter fresh out of the oven they were five stars excellent! The customer service was great and friendly also. This location also has pleasant fun architecture, interior decorating art concepts and beautiful almost like bay windows. Update Ordered from the edmonds location and they did contactless delivery which was great. But the best thing was the quality of the food. Wow they made some changes. The veggie prep was perfect. Temperatures were kept perfectly. They followed cooking directions crust was even but could tell it some personal flair in the toss. Great job. Really appreciate the effort in quality. Ive heard rave reviews about this chain so we had to try it! We got a large hawaiian, medium spicy chicken and medium gf no cheese on half combo thing. The regular pizza looked delicious! Lots of cheese, but not a lot of sauce or toppings... The spicy chk was really lacking with everything. The GF crust was pretty greasy, and granted my half had no cheese, but it wasnt awesome. We also ordered a pesto salad which was a HUGE portion but a little boring... Real pesto-y, one artichoke, just lacking in general. For $71 plus tip I probably wouldnt order this again. Our delivery dude was like 20 mins late, but the food was piping and he was super sweet AND read our complete order to us (they are thorough!) I've enjoyed Pagliacci since I was introduced to the local chain 9 years ago. I came in to this location with my boyfriend. We received lackluster service but didn't let it rain on our parade as we dined in and enjoyed a large pie. This location is full self-serve except they bring the pizza out to you. You grab all of your own dinnerware, silverware, drinks, etc. near the entrance. I used to go to the location on Broadway in Seattle years ago to grab a slice or two every once in a while and it was always good! I recently went to this location a few days ago and got a 13" and was somewhat disappointed. Those who eat a lot of pizza know that the main thing that sets pizzas apart is the sauce. If you've got a shit sauce, you've got shit pizza. This sauce was just bland. You should never have to "doctor" up your pizza, but man, I went crazy with Italian seasonings, garlic powder, black pepper. No. But it's consistent, seasonal specialties, better than alternative delivery pizza choices. And they seem to truly care. Delivery charges are steep, but so is everything else. However, they still offer their own delivery, not 3rd party (which is awesome), fees/tips go directly to the restaurant/staff. The last 3 pizzas ordered through delivery were on time, still hot and delivered with care. The drivers were friendly and thoughtful, drivers with that much character and concern can be hard to come by. Pagliacci is doing so many things right and is a staple of PNW pizza. read more

Now they only serve their basic pizza's for walk in service - cheese, pepperoni, veggie... and they charge over $5.00 a slice. I've tried several times at different locations over the last month - they're all the same. I was exhausted after a long day at work and decided to order in for delivery & dinner. I had the pagliacci salad- I will definitely give this a A+ grade. Very good, fresh and had so many little ingredients. I was very pleased with this choice. I then had the lasagna as my main dish. Goodness, it truly hit the spot and juiced the palate. Great flavor and was cooked perfectly. It did not have the crusty outer edge that you see at times with lasagna. I decided to treat myself to a gelato- sweet cream gelato to be exact. Way larger than I anticipated so it didn't keep in the hotel fridge/freezer. But the portion I was able to eat (after a very filling dinner) was amazing and so refreshing. I wasn't sure about this place as it only had 3 1/2 stars but I'm glad I gave it a try. I would recommend. Truly great flavors, fresh food and fast delivery with great customer service. If I didn't know better, I'd think Pizza Hut is paying its employees to trash our beloved Pag on Yelp. Look, this is a totally awesome location. They do all the Pagliacci stuff perfectly (thin crust, fresh seasonal and interesting ingredients, Pag salad, etc.) And they deliver accurately and promptly. The counter staff are pleasant, and you can eat a slice, drink a root beer, and read the times while you wait for you pie. It's not white tablecloth service, but come on ITS A PIZZA JOINT IN EDMONDS. Worst manager ever! Pagliacci's has meatballs on their special this month. Their computer system does not allow them to use meatballs in a calzone and so I went in to this location because meatballs were in stock to ask a human being if they could please put meatballs in my calzone and just charge me for something else and even up charge me I don't care I just wanted it in a calzone. They refused saying that there is no way to enter it into the system and they would not simply take a ticket from their counter to the cook 10 feet away and say replace this chicken with meatballs. The manager working tonight is female with strawberry blonde hair and you mam are the worst manager ever! It would cost you literally nothing to have better customer service and just put the damn meatballs in a calzone. You failed. All you had to do was walk the ticket from the counter to your cook and ask them to replace the chicken with meatballs and you refused. It would've cost you nothing to be a human being.
