A lot of the coupons they have don't work at check out so you may want to call and place your order if you want to use coupons. Pizza itself is good. Its solid pizza with a medium amount of toppings. We did get a gluten free pizza that was vegan and I was a little disappointed in the lack of toppings for the cost. I never realized how much the cheese hides. One nice thing is that its not greasy like some of the chain pizza places. Crust is solid and sauce is flavorful.

That's why I don't have to I get my walk around and try to navigate getting into the building. And that made my lunch, which was two slices of pizza tastes so good as I sat in my car and devoured them. Fortunately Pagliacci pizza is across the water for me and we don't have any over here in Kitsap County. If we did, I'd probably eat pizza very often, and that actually would not be good for me and my health.

Kind of non-descript interior, except for the flat screens, examples of box sizes, growlers, and logo wall art. There's indoor booths, tables, bar counter, and outdoor tables during warmer, drier months for seating. I ordered directly a large Puget Pounder, no menu needed, plus requested a takeout box & ice water. It took about 20 minutes to receive my order, plus a plate with napkins. Nice appearance of the pizza, chockful of toppings, and thankfully a much thinner crust edge. Red pepper flakes and parm shakers were available at the table, if needed. Service was okay, friendly demeanor at the end. No follow up or water refill, I was only asked whether I needed a bigger box. I declined and layered 3/4 of the remaining pizza slices in a medium (wasn't given a large box). I paid at the counter, where I got sticker shock, because a large Puget Pounder with tax & tip was nearly $46! After being on a Domino's and Little Caesar's pizza budget or Pagliacci slices, that was sticker shock. Pro tip: I didn't use their discounts emailed to me during football playoffs. I think this new ownership/management is horrible. They ruined my Superbowl experience. This used to be a nice little restaurant but now I can not recommend eating here.

I miss Pepsi since the switch to Coke products, but I read somewhere that now bottled water is offered now. Pizza by the slice or whole pizza. There's only cheese or pepperoni. Remember the days with the combo? Still can't beat that price for fresh out of the oven pizza though. The Homie loves the chicken bake. I tried one of the deli type sandwiches once, didn't care for the thick bolo bread. Tried the giant chocolate chip cookie, prefer the days of the long churros instead. The espresso type bevs are just okay, prefer the soft serves. I sure miss the days featuring mango though. Service is expedient. For the price and convenience, it's a treat. This is the WORST pizza hut in my history of ordering from this company. I've had three horrible experiences with these guys. The first bad experience was when we ordered our pizza, the pizza guy took over a freaking hour to deliver, and by the time the pizza came it was cold. The second bad experience was when we ordered food, we got the wrong kind of pizza, the pizza was burnt, and the bread sticks were also burnt. The third and last experience was the worst I ever had with my husband. We ordered a $10 dinner box which clearly should not be hard to screw up at all! When we ordered it, my husband who was starving decided to call up the pizza hut because it had literally been over an hour since we ordered the food and this was not the only time they had done this to us. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. My husband asked where our pizza was in a very nice manner and the chick jumped the defensive wagon immediately. She said that her driver had arrived and tried calling our phones and claimed that no one answered. By the way we have a doorbell that you can clearly ring. My husband got frustrated with her, said the driver never showed because he's either a retard, high, drunk, or can't do his job right. The girl then proceeded to argue and say he's not retarded, high, drunk, and that he knows how to do his job. Afterwards my husband said we're never ordering again and she claimed that was fine. The situation gets much worse than this. So after calling corporate to complain, corporate got the impression that we lived in Lynnwood and not Edmonds. They called the wrong store saying that we should get a credit next time we order. So when I called the Edmonds store to order as we wanted to try ONE last time, the gentleman who answered had no freaking idea what I was talking about. This is when I found out it was sent to the wrong freaking pizza hut. So I called back, the guy told me to give him 30 minutes to find out what's going on. Once I called back he got the okay to give me a credit towards a free pizza. We did end up getting a free pizza, but it was absolute garbage just like the rest. This place reminds me of the utility wine I used to drink as a college student - it's basic, it works, and it's what I could afford, but as soon as I got a real job, then I upgraded to something decent. The pizza works and the prices are fair, so the place works, but I think there's more innovative and better options available, worth spending a buck more on. read more
