Incredibly slow and inaccurate come to mind when I think of this place. Managers a nice guy but never got anything discounted which would've been nice. Ordered from here 3 x so far and always disappointed. They don't even answer their phones it's all done through a third party call center which is annoying as hell. I called and asked if my order was ready because I was early a little . Ithe lady said yes it's in the warmer so it just got done. I showed up and it's not even cooked. Waited a half hour plus for it. Very disappointed. Even waited for help at counter while i was ignored. I came here because dominos isn't that great and I've always liked pizza huts pan crust. Their food hasn't changed in 60 years which is how long they've been around but come on at least kick me a free soda or breadsticks or something for my trouble. It's Pizza Hut, not gourmet, and most customers know this and don't expect too much. It's always a decent pizza, decent priced and the delivery folks are always nice. I try to tip at least 20% and round up to the nearest dollar (mostly to make it easier for me to remember what I spent.) But last time I had pizza delivered I tipped the guy and he left, then we opened the box and noticed the pizza had been dropped then put back together at some point. All the pieces were jumbled and separated and there was sauce all over the inside top of the box. The pizza was still okay but it would have been nice if the guy was honest and told us he dropped the pizza. I wouldn't have made a big deal about it; I just don't appreciate the lack of being upfront about his mistake. read more

This pizza Hut made my friend and I, a very, very good pizza. It was half veggie and half meat and it was just delish.

I ordered pizza to my place of business for lunch on a saturday. It was over 25 minutes late..and they forgot my soda. It irked me that they were so late because my place of business is less than two miles away. Nothing was offered to me to try and compensate me. when I called to see where my pizza was...I just got a response of " ma'am, its already been sent out." The kid who delivered was friendly and said he had soda in his car..gave it to me even though it was the wrong kind. The pizza was absolutely delicious however. :) read more

This evening, our barbeque pizza arrived without sauce. No sauce, on a bbq pizza? I called to request a refund, which they had no problem with on a previously screwed up order (over salted a pretzel crust pizza, rendering it inedible). The associate sounded annoyed - pal, you're not the one who paid way too much for a terrible pizza. He said my options were to have a store credit issued to me, or go there in person with my receipt. As a person with no car, I found this rude and insensitive. Particularly because I know refunds can be issued over the phone without issue. Don't waste your money on this place. read more

Me and my girlfriend were hungry for a pizza so we decided to take a chance with the new big deal for 19.99. Pizza tasted like was microwave heated... Horrible. Not to mention the service, when i got the the lady working in the night shift was super rude, i try to be nice and i asked her if it was busy all she say "yep" with a rude face... Don't eat here! They delivered an undercooked pizza and when we called and asked for a new one; that one was undercooked as well!! I never received the refund and ended up disputing it with my bank. They never apologized for serving undercooked pizza, and the person I spoke with actually sounded annoyed when I complained! Just don't go here. read more

I can often overlook mediocre food for great service. I most definitely cannot overlook look any food for bad service. I am so incredibly disappointed with my overall experience here. While I have had Pizza Hut deliver to my place several times before, it was a mediocre experience. Nice delivery guy or girl. Okay food (even better because I didn't have to cook or go pick it up). That was until the last time I ordered something. First, when the delivery person arrived (very young man - looked to be 18-19 years old), he had not parked in my driveway but in my yard where we just planted and started sprouting new grass. He hands me the receipt, I add the tip and signed. We exchange the receipt with food. I immediately asked if he also had the sauces we ordered. He said they should be in with the food. I wanted to check before he left. When I opened up our chicken wings, I noticed that not only was our sauces not included but we were 1/2 short on our order. I let him know and his response was, "they were supposed to put them in there I don't know." I let him know I still wanted the sauces and the rest of my order, as I paid for them. As he continues to walk to his car while speaking to me says, "Oh your whole order isn't there, well what did you order?"He continues to say something along the lines of, "I'll talk to them when I get there and I'm sure you'll get a discount". I had to confirm he was coming back with my order, as he had never said so. By this time, I did not have a ton of confidence in the situation, so I called Pizza Hut (Edmonds). After trying to get ahold of someone at Pizza Hut for almost 10 minutes (at one time, someone answered the phone and put it on the counter), I got to an answering service for orders, and they transferred me to someone that never identified herself. I told the female on the phone that I had been trying to reach them for 10 minutes and am a bit frustrate since only 1/2 my order arrived and the delivery person didn't seam to know what I ordered or received. Her response to me, "oh, I just got in, I am not aware of anything. We can send him back with your food when he gets here if you like.." At this point she was ready to hang up the phone. I was astounded with her lack responsibility or care for a customer. She didn't ask my name, offer to check on the rest of the order, apologize - nada. She only seemed concerned with getting me off the phone as quickly as possible. I let her know that while I was a frustrated with the situation, it was mostly with the fact that no one has apologized or seems to care. Of course I wanted the rest of my food, it had already been paid for. With that said, it's further disappointing as our food will be cold by the time our complete meal arrives. Her response was, "you can eat the food you have until your other food arrives, then it won't be cold." WOW. While that is excellent logic, and one I am sure I would never have thought of on my own, we only ordered enough food to feed the proper people. Certainly I could have done this, but then we would not get to eat together, instead one of us would eat now and the other when the rest of the order arrives. I did ask to speak with someone else after this comment. Apparently there is no one else, she is the manager. I let her know that we would not be dining or ordering Pizza Hut moving forward. The rest of the order arrived,(wings and two sauces) 40 minutes later with a note reading "I hope you enjoy your sauces, Pizza Hut Manager" So sad that something so small was handled in such a childish way. I did not want anything free. With that said, Courtesy and Customer Service goes a long way....let me check on that or I apologize for the inconvenience. read more

I ordered from this location for the first time on a Monday night when nothing special was going on yet it took over 45 minutes for the pizza to get to my house which is only about 5 minutes away from this location. I tipped the guy well but then when I checked what was delivered, I found that, at best, the temperature was luke warm. So, either my order sat for half an hour before it was delivered or it was driven around for that time. It was very disappointing. Breadsticks just don't reheat well in the microwave and I didn't feel like putting on the oven. The dipping sauce (marinara) was actually cold and the flavor was blah. I had to pick off stray olives (yuck) that were carelessly thrown onto my pizza even though I hadn't requested them. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the cookie - but i'm sure that comes ready made and they just cook it. And, that tastes good hot or cold (it was cold when I got it despite the claim on the website that it would come to me nice and warm). In short, I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. There are other pizza places in the area that are able to deliver warm/hot food that tastes better for about the same price (albeit less the cookie!) read more

I cannot comment to the food quality, as our order never arrived. I assume it is much like any other Pizza Hut. I live 1/2 mile away and ordered a pizza for delivery in the middle of the week. We were quoted 40 minute delivery time online. About an hour later we tried calling the store to see where our order was. Nobody answered- for 15 minutes we tried, 10 calls. We eventually chose the option to 'place new order' and someone answered! Unfortunately, it was a call center representative who could not do anything for us except transfer to the store- where nobody picked up. We would have just forgot about the order all together except we used a card to pay and the charge had already been rung through. So, we drove to the actual store to cancel the order and make sure our card was refunded. When we arrived at the store, the delivery driver looked at us and turned away to continue working. When my boyfriend angrily told him we want to cancel a delivery order, he asked where it was going. When we told him the address he said 'oh good I don't have to go there now'. He seemed obviously busy but, really!? Terrible attitude! We then asked for the manager so we could ensure the payment would not be processed. The manager apologized in a very monotone voice, made the excuse that they were unusually busy for a Wednesday, voided the transaction and did nothing further to rectify the situation. She only offered her hopes that the company would fully staff them in the future. It seems like this is nothing new for them to deal with although nobody did a particularly good job dealing with the situation. read more

We did happen to try the Lynnwood location recently (which was far less quality than we were expecting given this is a chain). We'll order from here many more times in the future! read more

The pizza is fine. The reason this particular store blows is because it will not honor Pizza Hut deals. You go to the website, and on the main page there are several deals - and odds are, this store won't honor any of them. Or you'll get an email with an offer that looks okay, and the coupon even says ON IT "Offers valid at the Edmonds store" - but it's not. You can get the same offer, for like $5 more, but that's all you can do. I hate stores that do the bait and switch - they figure you're hungry and won't care about the extra few dollars. This Pizza Hut is my go to when I need to order lunch or dinner for a large crowd at work. Last night they failed miserably. We had placed our order as usual online and had expected it to come within 35 minutes. After an hour and a half there was still no pizza and I had a hard working hungry crowd on my hands. After calling for 20 minutes with no answer, we gave up and went elsewhere. Today when I called to inform them what had happened and that I was still charged for a delivery we never got, I was told in great detail how it was a computer error and that someone had called me without an answer so they canceled my order all together and in order to get my money back I would need to go through my bank. This wasn't a small order, this was to feed many people. No one called me to verify anything as they said they had. Not once did I receive a sorry about the hassle or a complimentary anything. Overall this was not a good experience and we will unfortunately not be doing business here again. read more
