Apparently the whole keyboard had to be replaced. Sounds good. Was quoted 150$. Cool. Was told to come pick it up on 3/5 and that it was good to go. Got a call today 3/6 that the laptop would not turn on and apparently the ribbon cable was not connected to the motherboard. He mentioned soldering something and how it would completely break the laptop. He said That three screws were missing and asked if anyone has ever opened it before. No. It has never been opened before. Only used for school work. He said that the motherboard disconnecting was not from him because he went in from the top to replace the keyboard. FYI. Jeff. There is no way to go in from the top of the laptop. After we brought the laptop home and paying 100$ for Jeff to break my laptop we opened it up and it blatantly is visible that he flipped the motherboard over to access the keyboard and that it snapped the ribbon from the motherboard. With having a video of the laptop working fully the night before it makes it obvious that I not only paid 100$ for him to break my laptop but I also paid 100$ for him to lie to me and blame me for something he broke. 0/10 IGN. I know now not to put my faith in humanity again and assume that people have good intentions and will tell me the truth. Now I have to replace my entire laptop costing me 1k. Good thing my school work can be restored off the ssd hard dive. Good luck to lying ass Jeff.

They will tell you that they are doing work for huge companies and individuals and you are lucky to have them. Unfortunately for us, we believed them. First, they gave us a timeframe for installation which ended up being much later than they promised which caused us not to have our system in place for a party. Second, the wireless network that they set up had lots of holes in it. Their sales pitch promised that it would be flawless and if it wasn't, there would be no cost to us for making it right. It took them weeks to come out and analyze it and we had to threaten them to get them to show up. Finally they did.They tried to charge us a few thousand dollars more when it didn't work and blamed the house set up for the problem. The truth is they never came out and checked out how our house was set up and as a result, The system didn't work. They did put in more equipment to make it right and then tried to charge us for it. Eventually they wrote it off. But it was a fight every step of the way and the representations they made to us when we bought the system were simply over exaggerated. Third, we bought this service contract where they represented that they would be able to fix any problem that arose within a day. That simply was false. Today, we have not had I our system working for a few days and after they screwed around with it for a while over the Internet, said that they would not be able to get to it until next week. When we reported the representations that they made, they simply said we'll try, but we only have two technicians. If you are reading this note they only have two technicians that can solve problems. And now we are without our system for another week because they can't fix it. In short, these people overpromise and under deliver and overcharge also. Don't go near them. You are forewarned.
