There was little to no communication from this shop the entire time they had my vehicle which I thought was odd but I just thought maybe they were very busy. Towards the end of the process I called to get an update from the shop only to find out that my repairs were finished 2 weeks prior but that the shop was in a disagreement with my insurance because they decided to install parts that weren't approved by my insurance and performed extra services that were not approved by my insurance. After the insurance refused to pay the extra cost, the shop informed me that I would be responsible even though the shop never sought approval for the parts and services before doing the work. When I explained that I have full coverage and that I have never had to pay more than my deductible for any vehicle repairs, the shop owner said, and this is a direct quote, "Many of our customers that have full coverage pay above and beyond their deductible. " I have never had to pay more than my deductible and really isn't that the point of paying for full coverage? In the end, this shop held my vehicle hostage until I would pay or get a lawyer. I didn't want to spend the extra money or drag this ugly mess out any longer so I just paid the money. I will never go to this shop again and hopefully this review will save someone else from going through the aggravation and being cheated out of their hard earned money.
