I'm glad I got the road hazard protection with my tires when I bought them, as it covered a defective valve stem when I had a slow air leak in one of the tires. It's a busy place, but I think they do a great job. For anyone that thinks it's ok to yell at a captive audience, it's not. Obviously if there's an issue, you want it fixed but getting rude and unprofessional is just classless and there's never a reason for it.
