Every time I bring my Nissan to Battlefield, they only charge me for what I need - no heavy sales pitches and upcharges. Once, I even brough my car in because a branch had been lodged in the undercarriage. I got there right as they were about to close, so they gave me a loaner vehicle until they could check it out. Lo-and-behold - no damage and NO CHARGE. They treat their customers as a service center should - with complete respect. I must add the bonus of all bonuses - the free massage chairs in the waiting center! Who doesn't love getting a free massage while they wait for their oil change?! They also provide free water and coffee in a clean and well-appointed waiting room. I am moving an hour away soon, but I plan on continuing to use Battlefield Toyota for my regular maintenance and service. It's worth the drive!
