100% recommend!!! The place is sooo beautiful, the server was on full joy, great vibe, and…read moreattentive! Food was surprisingly huge!!!! We loved that surprise! You should see it for yourself, it looks bigger than the picture I'm sharing. It is pricey, but we can't get mad coz we had a happy tummy and a lovely server! But $183 for the 5 of us ordered one meal each with one Jalapeño popper that was sooo yummy!

Every Las Vegas trip should come with a mandatory stop at The Modern Vegan. Whether you're sitting…read moredown or grabbing it to-go, you're in for a serious amount of food! Their online ordering can be a little hit-or-miss, so we usually skip the website drama and just order at the host desk. Your food is typically ready in about 15 minutes, and they write your order right on the boxes--which is a lifesaver when you're picking up a feast. Utensils are provided, too. And when I say the portions are MASSIVE, I mean it. You definitely get your money's worth. We've never gone wrong with the burgers or any of the mac-n-cheese plates. My personal favorite, though? The Oreo milkshake. It's dangerously good. One of the hosts also recommended a "secret" menu item: milkshake that tasted exactly like an Orange Creamsicle. That was a fun surprise and definitely one of those "trust the staff" moments! We usually grab our food and take it back to our place, but the restaurant itself is a comfortable spot, too. There's a bar area with high-top seating and a separate restaurant section, TVs showing the latest sports, plenty of space between tables, and thankfully, it's not overly noisy. The hosts/servers were especially attentive on this trip--2 out of the 3 we interacted with were genuinely kind and gave us some great suggestions. One thing to be aware of: there are homeless people walking around the surrounding area, so just keep that in mind when coming and going. Overall, The Modern Vegan has officially earned its "Vegas trip = must eat here" status for us. Come hungry... or better yet, come hungry and bring a fridge.

Mind-Blowing Italian Flavor, Even for a Hardcore Meat Eater!…read more If someone told me I'd be raving this hard about a plant-based Italian restaurant, I might have raised an eyebrow. As a dedicated meat eater, I joined my vegan friend at Tarantino's Vegan just looking to try something new, and I walked away completely blown away. This place is an absolute triumph. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere wraps you in a warm, cozy, and inviting embrace. The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and deeply knowledgeable about the menu, guiding us through the offerings with genuine enthusiasm. The Appetizer: A Stellar Start We kicked things off by sharing the Spinach and Artichoke Dip. Loaded with fresh spinach, garlic, and tender artichoke hearts in a rich, creamy base, and served with crisp chips and perfectly grilled crostini, it set an impressively high bar for the rest of the meal. The Main Event: Unbelievable Depth of Flavor * The Lasagna & Minestrone Bowl: I ordered the lasagna--featuring delicate sheets of pasta layered with savory sausage crumbles, rich cashew ricotta, spinach, and a vibrant marinara--which conveniently came paired with a comforting Minestrone Bowl filled with a rich tomato broth, fresh vegetables, cannellini beans, and kidney beans. I honestly didn't even notice the plant-based substitutions because the depth of flavor was so remarkably satisfying and robust. * The Oyster Scallops in White Wine Sauce: My friend ordered this stunning dish featuring seared oyster scallops, spinach, mushrooms, a bright lemon garlic butter, and a side of pesto-panko fettuccini. I snuck a bite, and the texture and savory punch were uncanny. The Verdict Look, I'm not trading in my steaks anytime soon, but Tarantino's Vegan completely shattered any preconceived notions I had about plant-based dining. When food is this flavorful, creative, and expertly executed, labels don't matter. Whether you're strictly plant-based or a card-carrying carnivore looking to explore incredible food, this is a phenomenal spot that deserves your attention. Five glowing stars--I will gladly recommend this to anyone!

Food. Ambience. Service. All of the above were stellar!…read more We came on a Saturday morning around 10 so we got the brunch. My husband got the panini, and the burrito for me. I saw the size of the burrito and immediately said "there's no way I'm finishing half of this". Well one half of my burrito and spooning the pesto and sun-dried tomato sauces that came on the side later, I'm standing at the pastry case. Desserts we got to go, but according to another couple in the restaurant, we couldn't go wrong with the baklava. Tarantino's will be a must-stop for us when we come to Vegas going forward. Please don't be deterred if you're not vegan, either. This isn't just "good... for vegan food", it's superb food. Thoughtful, high-quality ingredients. My husband is vegan I am mostly vegan by default of being married to an incredible vegan at-home chef. This place knows what it's doing. Also Meddie is a doll, and his service was impeccable.

Perfectly crispy, and I loved the addition of the pepperoncinis. The spicy sauce it came with actually had a kick, which made me happy. I walked in with an entree in mind, but after the waiter mentioned the specials, I knew I had to get the Truffle Fettuccine. I'm so glad I did because it was my favorite bite of the whole trip. The fettuccine was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was creamy, decadent, and flavorful. I have zero notes! In fact, I wish I was eating the pasta again right now. My friend got the Chicken Parm with Spicy Rigatoni Vodka Pasta. She's not vegan and loved it. I tried it and thought it was tasty. I liked how the chicken stayed crispy even with all that cheese and the sauce was flavorful, though I still preferred mine. For dessert, we shared Pineapple Upside-Down Cake and Banana Pudding. The Banana Pudding was scrumptious, we both loved it. The cake was just okay, the texture felt a bit dry and dense, so we didn't finish it. They also have a nice selection of mocktails! I love that they put thought into it instead of just using basic mixers. I highly recommend Crossroads Kitchen! If I lived closer, I'd eat here all the time. Whenever I'm in Vegas or LA, it's going to be a must-stop.

The hostess did say happy birthday when I walked in so it was on the notes but nothing was ever said by the server and we got dessert therefore they didn't even have to send anything but there is never a candle or a plate that says happy birthday or even a happy birthday from the server. I feel like this is one of the only fine dining restaurants that does nothing. Food/drinks- I got the 5 course meal. The meals weren't coursed the best. We sat for too long between each course. First course- ..... was so flavorful and delicious. I could've had five of them! I believe it was a cucumber and melon salad Second course- Pizza. Not great. And didn't have half with mushrooms like asked. Third course- Linguine scallops -flavorful and yummy. Would've liked some pepper but no one came by. Fourth course- eggplant filet. This. Was. DELICIOUS. I'm actually upset I couldn't eat it all hot and fresh. This was amazing and I'd definitely get it again. Dessert- Banana pudding. Probably the best dessert they have. This was also delicious!! The cream was wonderful and the breading in it. Great creation! Corn tart- Not at all what I expected. Flavor was not great. The shell was extremely hard. I couldn't even cut through it. I was super excited for this, but very disappointed. Wedge salad- Chicken Milanese- good but usually better. Not as crispy as it normally is and we've gotten this multiple times. Overall, one of my favorite dishes, but kind of lacking this time around. Drinks- one tasted like they used pickle juice instead of lime juice. It was awful. The next drink was delicious though. Service- The server was great!! Made recommendations , checked with the chef on something for me. The only complaint is he seemed overly busy with tables and didn't really check back. The manager Jaryd (don't know the spelling) stopped by and was also very kind! The runners were on top of clearing plates but no one ever brought fresh silverware back.

The Yuba roll was SO GOOD!!! I want to go back and order 3 of these for takeout tonight lol. The Thai Garden roll was recommended to me and sounded delicious but it sounded too spicy for me so I didn't try it since I was already hot lol. Going to try the Sunset and Yellow Magic roll next.

It has tasty garbanzo beans, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, red onion, vegenaise and green spring mix served on a toasted ciabatta roll. The sandwich roll is slightly crunchy. I also got a potato salad ($9) as an a la carte, it's yummy! They have a NoTurkey Pasta salad as well and it's good! It has bowtie pasta, green peas, and crumbles of NoTurkey in a creamy sauce. Their housemade Rosemary Lemonade is refreshing! It pairs wonderfully with a delightful chocolate chip cookie, and the cookies are housemade and amazing!
