Torta Loca

I don't review a lot, just wanted to leave a warning that this place is amazing and you shouldn't miss out. I couldn't pick just one torta because they all sounded great so i ordered three different ones and they were all delicious. My favorite was the Torta Loca. Had it this morning going back tomorrow!

I ordered the vanilla Frappuccino which is just delicious, just the perfect amount of coffee and sweetener. The cashier was very sweet and friendly, would recommend this place.

In Vegas for a volleyball tournament and was off the strip. Wanted to get breakfast but not sit down, in times past it was hard to find a local bagel place other then an einsteins. I saw Hugo's review and decided to try the place out, and it was amazing. I love breakfast bagels and this was one of the best I have had. The bagel was soft and the eggs were cooked with pepper, the sausage and cheese topped it off. 15 min we were in and out feeling good about the rest of the day.

Just a very tasty meal. :-)

Very nice place. Great food. I come here every two weeks for breakfast. You all have to try the fresh juice and panini Italian sub. Just amazing!!! Customer service is good. Price, we'll I dnt mind paying two more dollars more for fresh ingredients. I'm sure you all understand this.

I thought long and hard about my choices while eating my potato bites or whatever. NY Bagel was so busy and I knew it had to be good. I was missing out and I knew it. Oh it's probably nothing special the husband said. I knew he was going to be wrong when I looked up the reviews. I'll have you know this was all happening while getting ready to exit the parking lot. After confirming my instincts with the reviews we turned around and parked again. The consolation to my despair would be to bring a NY dozen of bagels home- which is 14!! There was a large variety to choose from and we got a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Plus a jalapeno cream cheese. We are home now and decided to have a little late night snack. It is so good I am here to tell you about it. That's no ordinary bagel. It is delicious! You need to go. The only thing you'll regret is not stopping in.

On August 14th, around 8:10 AM, that day finally came, and I'm glad I stopped. The atmosphere immediately worked for me. It has that comfortable neighborhood café feel, with the newspaper-style menus giving the place some personality instead of feeling like another generic breakfast spot. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, the clientele was pleasant, and my server, Elaina, was fantastic. She was attentive, friendly, and handled every question I had without making anything feel rushed. For breakfast, I kept things simple and ordered an egg sandwich on a toasted everything bagel with an over-easy egg, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Nothing overly complicated, just a solid breakfast sandwich done well. My guest went with an egg sandwich on a toasted onion bagel with an over-medium egg and American cheese. For drinks, I tried the Broadway, their raspberry latte with white chocolate, and had mine made with oat milk. That combination sounded interesting enough to get my attention, and it ended up being really enjoyable. Sweet, creamy, different, and definitely something I would order again. But the surprise star of the entire visit was the pistachio cream cheese. Apparently it was one of their specialty or featured cream cheeses, and I am very glad I asked about it. Rich, creamy, unmistakably pistachio, and they were not stingy with the portion either. I was spreading that stuff on every piece of bagel I could find. If it is available when you visit, ASK FOR IT. Overall, this was just a really pleasant breakfast experience. Nothing needed to be extravagant. The service was good, the food hit the spot, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I found a couple of things I'd absolutely come back for. Definitely a strong four stars, and considering how often I pass this place, I have a feeling this will not be my last visit.

After standing there for a while, I finally asked if we could place an order, and the response was simply, "Just a minute." There was still no acknowledgment or effort to take either of our orders, so I left. I can't say what their intentions were, but based on how both of us were treated, I left feeling like people who look like us were not welcome. Whether that was intentional or not, that was my experience, and I won't be returning. Thank you for reaching out. My visit was on July 31, 2026, at approximately 9:45 a.m. I was waiting for a prescription at another business nearby and decided to walk over to The Bagel Cafe for the first time. When I walked in, another Black gentleman was already standing at the counter waiting to order. We were not together. After standing there for a bit, I asked him if anyone had taken his order, and he told me no. Employees were walking back and forth behind the counter, but neither of us was acknowledged. Had someone simply said, "We'll be right with you," I would have understood and waited. Instead, we were left standing there without any acknowledgment. I finally asked, "Can we place our order, please?" and was told, "Just a minute." At that point, I decided to leave. I can't speak to anyone's intentions. I can only tell you what I experienced. I left feeling unwelcome. As a first-time customer, I did not feel that my business was valued or that my money was wanted there. Whether that was intentional or not, that was the impression I left with, and since this was my first visit, it was also my only impression of The Bagel Cafe.

It was definitely the highlight of the visit -- a cool, unique option that you don't see everywhere, and it made for a fun fall treat. The bagel was good and the experience was solid overall, but I felt the price was a little higher than what I thought it was worth. I enjoyed it, but at that price point I was expecting just a little more. Although the salmon cream cheese was good, it wasnt worth the extra cost compared to some other local bagel shops. Still, it's a fun spot to check out if you're in Summerlin, especially if you want to try one of their seasonal or more creative bagels. I'd definitely come back to try something else, but I'm taking off a star mainly because of the value.
