Was looking forward to eating something juicy and fruity like the orange chicken! Quality has really gone down since last year when I visited. There used to be actual orange slices in the orange chicken and the sauce used to be dripping into a pool on the plate! Really disappointed that the chicken had less sauce now so it's more dry and salty now :( as a food service worker I understand there may have been a shortage of stock for demand or cut down on food products overall as there weren't any lemon for the drinks as well. Only half of establishment was seated with all of them being 2 tops but male server was the only one working the front and looked very stressed and tired as people came in (and I don't blame him, I would be too if I was overworked like that :/ so in turn customer service was not the best and was hard to even get the check :( Ambiance is always nice tho, not loud at all and there was a movie playing on the TV our corner :) Overall, just wish food quality & customer service was better but I just hope this establishment stays in business long enough to be able to go back to the last year's standards! much love read more

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! This cozy restaurant is a hidden gem among a corporate business center. The restaurant was neat and tidy with nice decor. The Mix it App was a terrific sampler appetizer offering 5 different items on their menu (2 of each). Each one was delicious, and perfect for sharing! We then ordered the Beef Pad See Ew and the Tom Kha Kai soup (both at medium spice). Both dishes were flavorful and exactly at the spice level as indicated in the menu. There seemed to be only one individual manning the front of house, but they did rather well considering there were 4 tables being served, people in line to place orders, and Doordash/Uber Eats orders being picked up. This Thai spot is a cute mom and pops. It's relatively small and the interior is most definitely not updated or anything special it's giving your grandmas house - old green carpeting kind of vibe. The service is nice the individual who took my order was kind and helpful. I ordered a few dishes but to be frank nothing stood out - the soup I ordered was pretty tart and the pad thai was served with rice when another side probably would have been better. Overall it was an ok experience but in this area there are so many Thai places that do it better this spot will help with a craving but it doesn't really seem authentic. read more

I visited Pad Thai after seeing some great reviews on Google, but unfortunately, my experience didn't match the hype. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty -- not necessarily a red flag, but definitely unexpected for a place with high ratings. There was no one at the front to greet us, and we waited a bit until an employee finally came from the back. He asked if we were dining in or taking out. After letting him know we were dining in, we were seated promptly. We ordered a variety of dishes: Pad See Ew, chow mein, orange chicken, pad Thai, cream cheese wontons, and cashew nut chicken. I also specifically asked for a side of rice. The food was okay -- nothing particularly memorable, but decent. The flavors were fine, though everything leaned slightly on the bland side, and the orange chicken was more sweet than tangy. Where things really took a dive was the service. Throughout our meal, the server never once checked in to see how things were going or if we needed anything. This would be understandable if the place were busy -- but it was still empty aside from a couple of people who came in for takeout. My rice never came, and there was no way to even remind anyone since the staff had disappeared to the back. After we finished eating, I had to get up and go find the waiter myself just to request the check and some takeout boxes. When I looked at the bill, I noticed that gratuity had been automatically added. I was already planning to tip, but I found it inappropriate that a tip was added without any notice -- nothing was posted on the menu, and there were no signs in the restaurant stating a policy about automatic gratuity. I asked the waiter about it, and he said it's their policy for parties of five or more. When I asked where that was listed or posted, he couldn't answer. It left a bad taste in my mouth -- not just because of the unexpected charge, but because it felt like an assumption was made that we wouldn't tip. That, combined with the inattentive service and missing items, made the experience disappointing. With so many Thai spots around LA, I won't be returning to this one. A heads-up and better service would have made all the difference. read more

I love coming here for lunch! The food always hits the spot! Good flavors and quality. The place is small and there's only one server/ cashier. He doesn't say much, but he's nice. I suggest looking at the menu ahead of time so you know what to order because it can get busy between 1130 am and 130 pm. You'll see him running back and forth between the kitchen, cashier, and tables. Keep in mind that they automatically charge 10% tip for all dine-in parties. Got there at 8pm today (Monday). There were chairs put up on table so we asked if they were closing. The guy just took us to a table. No greeting, no smile. I'm thinking okay, he's just having a bad day. We ordered chicken panang, shrimp pad Thai and crying tiger. Panang and Pad Thai was really good. Here's what cause the 1 star!!!Crying tiger (steak) was for my son. I took a piece and dipped it in the sauce...tasted weird but I thought maybe it was just the sauce. Then my son tells me the steaks tasted weird after he ate like 3 pieces so his dad and I picked up a piece to smell it. It smelled liked bleach or some chemical cleaning solution. We told that same guy that seated us and asked him to smell it. He didn't. He just took it away then brought it back and said.."you just want it more cooked right?"....we told him NO, it smells like bleach or some type of cleaning stuff. He looked at us as if we were lying so we asked him to Smell IT and again he did not and just says he will remove it from the check. No Apologies. Then he started to mop and whatever he was using was smelling super strong so we just packed up the food, paid and left. We left there at about 8:40pm. why would you mop with a super strong chemical smell while people are eating there???!!!! We will never ever eat here again read more

I've been here bunch of times and always loved their pad Thai. Today's pad Thai was the worst I ever had. They used the leftover crumbs of the noodles, not a single long strand of noodle and way over cooked. The noodles were just falling off the chopstick. Laughable they even dared to serve something like this. Nothing like my previous experience here. I called to complain, the employee didn't even apologize and just hung up on me. I asked for a credit for next time and that I could send a video/picture as proof. He rudely just hung up. I wouldn't have been bothered to write a review had he not hung up and just kindly apologized. They just lost a loyal customer. Shame. read more

I used to come here a lot several years ago and it has been through several new owners but hasn't changed too much. It's in a very unassuming location. I always get the typical pad see eew. The noodles were cooked just right and it was seasoned nicely and not over powering. The broccoli and carrots were cooked nicely and had a decent crunch and weren't soggy. Overall is had good flavor. The Pad Thai with shrimp was similar and had good flavor overall. The shrimp were cooked nicely and it tasted like you would expect. The rice was very good. We got the crab fried rice and a combo fried rice. The crab fried rice was just ok. Nothing really blew me away as far a flavor goes. The crab was a little over cooked and I felt the rice needed a little something extra but I can't pinpoint what I would add. The combo fried rice was a lot better and was the more popular pick with everyone. The dumplings were delicious which was refreshing and the sauce helped as well. Overall, the food was pretty good but I have to admit, nothing really blew me away. It's fine if I lived closer but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat again. Inside is pretty large and comfortable to dine in. The costumer service was excellent. If I did go back, I would try the soup. The table next to me had it and it looked amazing! read more

Happy find! Craving Thai food flavors, we tried 3 dishes: Tom Yum with shrimp, Chicken Pad Thai and Crab Fried Rice. Each dish had flavor as you would expect of Thai food. A lot of mushrooms and shrimp in the tom yum, with a hint of spice. Good portion of chicken in the pad thai noodles. Nice amount of picked crab and eggs on the Fried rice. I was recommended to this place by a coworker. I came during lunch , it is located in a small industrial area located on the corner facing the street. Parking seems limited but we were able to find a spot. Inside it is small but they have quite a few tables nicely spread out. There was a large party of what looked like maybe 10 people sitting in a table next to us. We were greeted by a lovely lady who took us to a table right away. While we reviewed the menu we were helped by gentleman who took our order. The food came out soon after and it was delicious I ordered the Basil Beef medium on the spicy and my friend ordered the Yellow Chicken Curry. We also ordered an order of spring rolls.
