Great lunch specials! I have been coming here for over 10 years and it's never failed me once. Friendly and welcoming staff and delicious affordable food.
What a hidden gem! We stumbled upon this small Thai spot and were genuinely surprised by how good everything was. We started with the papaya salad, which was super flavorful ,fresh, tangy, and just the right amount of spice. Then came the pad see ew, great portion size, perfectly balanced flavors, and at a really good price too. It definitely hit the spot. The Thai chicken wings were another standout!!! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The space itself is small and unassuming, but don't let that fool you ,this place delivers big on taste. Definitely worth checking out if you're craving Thai food. We'll be back for sure!
The red curry, drunken noodles, and mango sticky rice are sooo delicious today. We have missed this place so much. Please come support this small family business. You won't be disappointed with the taste of the food here.
This used to be my little go-to place for years when I was working near the area. I was craving quick, good thai food, and again, it was disappointing. I think this location is under new ownership since I met the original owner years ago. I order two things I normally get, Pad thai and Thai tea, both where not good . At about $20 I would expect atleast a decent meal, but no.. Chicken was tough and dry, truly the worst I have ever had for an Asian place. The dish itself lack flavor even needed more salt. The noodles and egg has a weird after taste like burnt oil. I'm very disappointed.. Even the thai tea was bad, it tasted a little water down and it had a weird after taste. It tasted like it had been sitting in a plastic container too long , kinda like when water that's left in the sun acquired the taste of the container. This place better get their act together, or they are better off not serving this stuff.
Came here to have dinner with a friend. It's a very small restaurant but the food is good and the prices are inexpensive. The service is very nice. Definitely coming back when I'm around the area.
watching a trilogy of movies at your house can make a person hungry. and the three of us were starving after that cliffhanger tf!! and my family has consistently ordered at this place but i always eat it too fast and forget to take a photo. so finally, the long awaited yelp review for this place. we would always order ahead by calling and then picking it up 20 minutes later. this place is a literal godsend and for the price it cannot be beat. the other freaking thai place in fv charged us $45 for the same amount of food and this place was a mere $21??? that's why i remain loyal to thai way and only thai way. i was scared to order on the phone but i got over my social anxiety and did it. i ordered a pad thai with chicken and a pad see ew with chicken as well. we made one of our friends become our doordashed and they picked up the food for us. awesome! we got the food and straight up DEVOURED IT! it was soooo good and there was three of us but lowkey it wasn't enough food and we should've ordered three dishes but it's okay! it was awesome food nonetheless. i'm literally writing the review rn and craving the pad thai again. also they were really considerate about my friends' peanut allergies and there was no peanuts and no trips in an ambulance needed! awesome! also when i was sent to the hospital, i was craving thai food so much and i ate the ENTIRE pad thai by myself while i was bedridden so that's really saying something about how good this food tastes. five stars!!!

*no bathrooms*limited seating* Service was awesome. The woman cooking was eager to know how we enjoyed the food and they were sweet and attentive. Everything looked so good we couldn't wait to take photos. This is the aftermath. We ordered orange chicken, pork pad se ew, gyozas, and a large Thai tea. I have never been to a restaurant that serves a Thai tea that huge and it was perfect. Creamy, not watered down, not too sweet. Orange chicken was great! Didn't feel like tough dried frozen orange chicken. It was crispy, light, and tasted like real orange. Pad se ew was yum! The pork had a nice subtle Smokey char to it that paired well with the noodles and veggies. Gyozas were a good meaty flavor but the sauce it came with was the cherry on top. It was a bright ginger sauce that didn't overpower and left you wanting more.
I stumbled across Thai Way when another Thai place closer to my work was shut down. I was craving a Thai tea! I've gone back easy 6 times in 6 weeks and I always get the Spicy Basil Jasmine Rice with chicken and a Thai Tea. The rice is usually spicy enough without adding additional sauce that comes on the side, but go nuts if you feel like it. The serving is pretty generous too, sometimes I have leftovers for a snack the next day! I'll continue to be a customer.
The most consistently great food and people! I couldn't recommend it more! This has been my Thai place for almost 6 years! The people that work are attentive, sweet, caring and deliver excellent service. No matter how busy they get! I cannot stress how great the food is. Get the Pad Thai with chicken...unreal.
What are these nasty salty beans in the pad see ewe? They are disgusting and inedible, I had to spit them out. Also since when does pad see ewe have beans in it to begin with? The dish itself was very mid. The tofu is not good. The mild Pad Thai was VERY spicy. I couldnt eat it. Never coming back to this place. read more

Was craving for some Thai food on the way home from work on Saturday night. Saw this family hole in the wall place and decided to check it out. Small place for sure with 2 tables for dine in and big menu that laid out on the table at the cashier area. This place is for order-to-go or pickup for sure since 99% are just that during my visited. The place is hot & abit stuffy but got fan, the girl was nice and friendly. Ordered 2 dishes and a Thai drink for about $36 (included tip). Got Crab fried rice and fish cake. Once the foods are done, it got brought out to the table w/ the condiment chillies. Got to say, for the price...it's small portion but then again, the economy cost is high at the moment so, can't say much there. Taste wise, nothing special, felt like more of oily (in a good way) countryside home cook. Crab was mixed with fried egg that was on top of regular fried rice with is good and under seasoned (or maybe it's me, just bland ), but with several spoons (tiny spoon) of chili fish sauce, very tasty and yum. Fish cakes were good, thin and small and not chewy as I would hope for. The dipping sauce is good, refreshing and sweet. Go well with it. The owner and also the cook came out and asked how was it, very sweet and very caring. The coffee was neither strong nor sweet enough as I would expected, felt more watering coffee with milk and sugar. I would love to give it a four but with lot oily foods and cold drink and warm, stuffy weather...didn't quite sit well with my stomach. But if it to go, might be better plus I would say this place is catering for non Asian more likely, just my POV. read more

This location is definitely a little hole in the wall. I do not recommend dining in, as there are no restrooms and only two tables to sit down in. The food was decent, but nothing to write home about. I ordered the traditional Pad Thai dish in Thai spicy and could say it was flavorful, however, not spicy at all. Service was overall good. read more

This is a small restaurant, it feels very homey and the people who work there are sweet. The pad see ew with chicken is not as flavorful as other Thai places I've been to but I did enjoy it, especially with the different sauces they gave us. read more
My usually Thai place down the street just so happened to be closed. Since this one was open and I was starving, I came here instead. I happened to just barely make it before the lunch specials were over. Everything was super cheap. When the food came, I realized why... portions were super small :( but I guess the price reflect the amount of food you get. I got the panang curry with chicken but there was very little chicken.... no egg roll either. Instead you get a cheese wonton which I was not a fan of. Since I was still super hungry, I got the sticky rice with coconut ice cream. This was such a good combo but the ice cream had a lot of freezer burn. Overall, this was an average place. read more

Me and my honey love this place! So far we've had the papaya salad, spicy chicken panang, spicy basil fried rice and satay chicken! All which have been so deliciously satisfying! We go here every other week, that's how much we really enjoy it Great food for a great price! The manager is very nice and helpful. Always greeting us with a smile and happy to answer any questions we have. I definitely recommend this place to my friends and family! You should try it too. Oh, and the Thai Tea is so so good! read more

This little mom n pop restaurant is located off Harbor and McFadden -- hidden behind a McDonald's. The restaurant is tiny, with about 7 tables. I needed a place not too far from downtown Santa Ana, and this place is about 10 minutes away. Thanks to Yelp, I was able to view the menu and noticed they had a lunch special. So I called my order in, and asked what the difference was between the Pad Thai lunch special ($6.95) versus the a la carte version for $7.95. The difference was portion (of course) and the lunch special had a salad and rice. Considering I was have a carb filled noodle lunch, I decided to pay a buck more and go for the a la carte. The man said it'll be ready in 10 minutes, and hung up. I arrived 15 minutes later, and it was ready for pick up. The box was heavy! I added a Thai Iced Tea to go, and my bill came to $11 and change. While I was getting my money out, the man went to fill my iced tea... I wish I saw how much ice he gave me, because it was 99% ice. Hence, the 4 stars for not being generous with the tea, as they were with the Pad Thai. I gave the guy $13, with the balance as a small tip. When I got to my office, I was very surprised at the quantity of the food. I had enough for 2 or 3 meals. I offered some to my coworker, and still had a tub of food leftover. Many Thai places serve their Pad Thai with just a faint orange ting. I've always like my food with lots of color, and this place did the job. As one Yelper said, your food really does look like the photo. The bright orange noodles was nice and chewy, and very flavorful. Plenty of chicken, but not a lot of egg or sprouts. I know, each place does it differently. Aside from my skimpy filled tea, I can't find fault to this place. As I said, it's tiny, so get there early or get the food to go. read more

Ordered via Uber Eats this past Sunday - Drunken Noodles w/mixed veggies ($7.95) and small Tom Yum Soup w/shrimp ($7.95) My go to noodle place (Wok-In) are closed on Sundays. I've never had Thai Way before but I will definitely be back to try the pad see ew! To go packaging: Approved! The container for both the noodles and soup were durable. I was so surprised how hot the noodles and soup were even though it took about 25 min from pick up to delivery. Drunken noodles: Spicy but good! Although I wished the portions were bigger. The mixed veggies were cooked perfectly and the lettuce was still crispy even after being in the container for over 25 min! It was tasty, although I did add some soy sauce to the noodles - not sure if I needed the extra flavor because I was hungover. Tom Yum Soup: It was an extra $2 for 3 pieces of shrimp. The soup was more on the sweet side than sour - I prefer tom yum to be more on the sour side. The drunken noodles was spicier than the soup. read more
