The space itself is on the smaller side, and it did get a bit warm inside, but it still worked for a quick study session. I tried their banana matcha because my friend insisted on buying it for me, which was funny since I don't usually like fruit in my matcha. I told him I'd at least give it a try, and it was okay. The banana flavor was a bit strong, and I wish the matcha came through more, but it wasn't bad. My friend also got the sugar-free peach green tea, and that was actually really good. It was light, refreshing, and not overly sweet, which made it really easy to drink.

I had a few questions about the menu, and while the baristas were friendly, one of them wasn't able to answer everything I was curious about. I was also recommended to try the matcha without honey, with the suggestion that if I really liked the quality of the matcha, it would be best enjoyed on its own. Unfortunately, the matcha wasn't quite what I was hoping for. It mostly tasted like milk with only a faint hint of matcha, so the flavor felt a bit too subtle for my taste. My mom ordered one of their pour-overs, though, and she really seemed to enjoy it. It had a bold, rich coffee flavor that she appreciated. Based on our experience, I think I'd stick to ordering coffee here next time instead of the matcha. I'd like to add that there is a lot of fresh bread and food selections made by local vendors inside the market that would go great with the coffee. The service here was amazing, we were greeted upon entering and I was also in between 2 drinks and the girl told me that the Mole Dulce de Leche is popular so I decided to go with that one. I have no regrets because I really did like the drink. One of my favorite Hispanic dishes is mole so I was a little curious to see how it would blend together. You could taste the essence of mole with the mocha which was a nice blend although there was no touch of heat. My friend got the elote latte which was delicious!
