    I rarely have to go to a UPS store to send a package. My…read moredaughter went off to College and I sent her a pair of shoes. Chris, oh what can I say about about him. He is the main reason I'm giving 5 ... Great sales person!!!! Great at his job!!!! This is the place to go in Stafford for sending a package. Btw, he will ask you if there is anything flammable , so make sure you know what you sending. I have lived in Stafford all my life and I never even realized that the UPS store was there because it's on the other side of town.

    This UPS Store lost my package and they refused to do anything about it. I dropped the package off…read moreon April 29, 2026, and UPS proper never received it. I went to file a claim and UPS told me that they never received the package. Therefore, I could not file a claim. I then contacted the UPS store and they refused to help me in any way. I then informed them that I would never use them again, and the woman I was speaking to hung up the phone on me. The people at this UPS Store are inept at their job. They have no idea what they're doing, and that's why they lost my package. This is inexcusable, and I filed a complaint with the UPS customer service. Here's an update to my review: Here's how the "Local Business Customer Service" responded to my original review: "This is concerning to hear, Zmoonchild L.. We are forwarding this to the appropriate team right away and will look into this further. Please reach out to us at CustomerRelations@UPSStore.com so we can follow up with you." Here's my response to the "Local Business Customer Service" You are NOT concerned about anything. That's a complete lie. Otherwise, the store wouldn't have hung up the phone on me when I called them. They do NOT care about any of their customers. I did contact CustomerRelations@UPSStore.com. They said that UPS Store 6295 told them that UPS picked up the package. Here is the tracking number 1Z14V49EYW13970738. You can see that UPS never got the package, and that means that UPS Store 6295 lied. UPS also told me that because UPS Store 6295 lost my package I can NOT file a claim, and that's because UPS never received the package. All the "Local Business Customer Service" did was post a copy & paste response to my original review here with the hopes that somehow that would resolve them from their incompetent service. All of this proves that UPS Store 6295 is the worst place to have a package shipped. AVOID THEM!!!!!!!!! UPS Store 6295 lost the package I gave them, and because that I lost $149.00. Just like they did to me, they will lose your package, hang up the phone on you, and cost you money. AVOID THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I am pretty impressed with the U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer out of Woodbridge. "Easy Peasy"…read more We needed a U-Haul fast, quick and in a hurry and found U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer on line-Yelp.. We went to their website and easy as 123, able to reserve for the next day without any hassle, of course they asked for the basic information and called a reference to validate. The shop opened at 0800 but we needed it at 0700, we arrive at 0650 and all we did was go into the link they sent us the day before to receive the confirmation number for the key box. We entered the code, there were a couple of keys chains numbered, so, we grabbed the one that belong to us and we rolled out after a quick inspection of the truck. I'll add that they already took pictures of the truck the day before which made even easier to feel at ease about any damages that were on the truck already at time of pick up. The return was a smooth as the pick up. As we arrived, we left the truck on the side of the shop, we in and turned in the the keys. We signed the returned slip and the guy to the truck back to the original spot. If you need a U-Haul, I strongly recommend U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer...

    I will never return here again. I made the reservation for s location near my house but they sent…read moreme 45 min away to this location for my truck. When I arrived at 6am my mobile pickup was not set up (along with many others) customer service informed me I would have to wait until the store opened. Remember it's 6am, 45 min away from my house and the store opened at 10:00!!! My movers were already scheduled so I had to pay and extra fee for them to reschedule st such late notice. I was moving out of state so by the time I arrived in ny my other movers were gone and I had to reschedule them too. Bc I had none of my belongings, I had to book a hotel (extra money) when I could have been in my home. Then they offered me a $50 credit which was insulting bc I paid them over $1000
