We absolutely love KinderCare in Stafford. My son started going here since October 2024 when he was 11 months. It was the first time we had ever left him really with anyone other than family and they made us feel so good and comfortable. He has come LEAPS and BOUNDS since he started here. The staff in the Infant B room (Ms. Zariah, Ms. Tina, and Ms. Lindsey) are great and we/he absolutely love them. They are very good with communicating how his day was and it's great to get the updates and pictures throughout the day through the app. Ms. Kellee the director is great and always very easy to get ahold of or speak to. read more

Best daycare in Stafford. My kids love coming here and they are always in great moods when I come to pick up. All the teachers in the 3s class room , Ms. Nancy, Ms Esperanza and Ms Aaliyah are the sweetest always, so pleasant and helpful. I switched my daughters from another daycare in Stafford to KinderCare. The director and I worked together years ago at another KinderCare as teachers. Our work relationship turned into a friendship and I am so glad that it did. Switching my daughters to KinderCare was the best decision that I made. One reason is because I had a great experience being an employee there but on top of that I have a person that I trust that has not let me down at all. My daughter has been attending for almost a year. Her teachers are PHENOMENAL. the directors care about the kids & take time out of their day to greet each one. I have always felt welcome when I come in & informed on what has been going on at the center. My daughter loves going to "school", she tells me every day what she has learned. This KinderCare Location is all about money! Some of the staff are nice and respectful and the rest of them has no clue as to how to talk to the children much less their parents. I've had two confrontations with two different teachers over the past two years. I don't think the Curriculum is all that like they are so quick to advertise. I think they are way behind the curve when it comes to teaching the children especially in the two's and 3's/Preschool. I feel the ALL children should be receiving quality education every where they go! Don't even ask about the Preschool Program, it's a joke! The teachers don't teach the kids anything! There are also times, when I've stopped by to pick up my child and you can hear the way some of the teachers are talking to the kids (that's unacceptable!!). The Director Pat Ramos always smiles in your face but talks behind your back and they have no respect for the parent's situation at all! I'm so glad that I teach my child at home because I will never depend on this place to teach my child anything! They are more concerned about how cute your child dresses, and how many different shoes they wear to school and how many outfits they wear to daycare, etc. It's annoying because it shows what they are only concerned about and it's sickens me! The Center is also constantly increasing their pricing (which will increase again as of 9/17/2015) and then they notifies the parents at the last moment which is totally unacceptable! I will be definitely removing my child from this location before the New Year 2016 because they are cheating the kids and parents and not providing quality education! It's unfair! I'm so over this place and it's time for a change. So please take my advice, although the prices are not too bad, and the hours are from 5:30am - 7:00pm which is GREAT! because not many centers are open this early for working parents as myself, it's still like the saying goes, "you get what you pay for!" My 2-year-old attended this daycare for about 4 months and I ultimately decided to pull her out of this center for a multitude of reasons. I'd like to note that I dropped off and picked up my daughter at different times to see if there was any improvement in her experience or what I witnessed in the classroom to give the teachers and the center the benefit of the doubt. My biggest concern was the conduct I saw from the teachers in the classroom. I consistently witnessed teachers grabbing children by the arms or lifting them up rather than using verbal instruction. When verbal instruction was used, the teachers seemed irritated and impatient. I wouldn't go so far as to say the teachers were aggressive with the children but at this age it's very important for children to learn to listen rather than be handled physically. The underlying issue here was the sense that the teachers grew frustrated with students and lacked patience. This leads in to my second issue: classroom size. At times there seemed to be 20-25 children in one fairly small room. Although the center always had the appropriate ratio (10 children to 1 teacher), the room was simply too small and crammed to keep order and organization in the classroom. It oftentimes felt like I was dropping my daughter off at a zoo or a playpen because of the horrible fecal odor, screaming children, and general lack of structure in the classroom. In the 4 months my daughter attended this daycare, I saw them facilitate one activity with the children. Almost every other time, the children were left to run around the classroom freely while the teachers gathered into a corner of the room or were busy changing diapers. I don't expect a 2-year-old classroom to be quiet and spotless by any means, but this classroom was an absolute zoo. I witnessed multiple physical altercations between children without any intervention from the teachers. It was pretty awful to see. Additionally, my daughter was not learning anything while attending. I even asked one of the teachers for a break-down of their schedule for when they had activities, lessons, etc. and it was clear that the entire day is unorganized and chaotic. Thirdly, there is extremely inefficient communication with the director and the staff in general. I only saw staff in the office during pick-up/drop-off about half the time so I tried to rely on email communication. Clearly no one was checking the email as I never received responses. After a few days, I would have to hunt a staff member down to find out that my email had not been seen. I am a busy mother and it is rather frustrating to have to hunt someone down just to tell them simple information they had already received and didn't bother to even read. Lastly, once I had decided to un-enroll my daughter from the center, the director asked me when I picked my daughter up one day why we were deciding to leave. She brought this up in the busy hallway filled with children, parents, staff, and my daughter's teachers. Obviously, I am not going to bring up all the concerns I have in such a public space. It didn't seem like she genuinely cared why I was pulling my daughter out of their center. I feel like if she did, she could have asked over email or asked me privately so I could be candid and honest. Unfortunately, I never got the opportunity to bring up all the issues I experienced so I have to do it through online reviews. Overall, I really feel like I gave this center the benefit of the doubt and the time needed for my daughter to adjust. Despite this, my daughter never enjoyed this daycare and developed serious behavioral issues at home after attending this center. Here I am a few months later, after pulling her out of Kindercare, and she is back to her normal behavior. She communicates clearly, is no longer hitting, and seems a lot more joyful. It isn't a good feeling as a parent to have to drop your child off at a place they clearly don't want to go. Our daughter was so excited to go see her friends at her previous daycare and never had issues when we would drop her off. Even after 4 months of attending Kindercare, she struggled with drop-off and never wanted to talk about her day at school. As a parent, I cannot recommend this daycare. read more

The infant teachers at this location are wonderful. With not being able to enter the building due to Covid the teachers make sure I get lots of pictures and updates on the app whether they be pictures or videos. We were out a couple months during the beginning of Covid and my daughters first days back were tough on her but now she goes to the awesome ladies in front with no problem now at drop off laughing and smiling arms wide open as well as her teachers. My 10 year old has been attending Kindercare for 8 years and I have a daughter who is 2 and she has been there since 6 weeks old. I highly recommend this childcare. All staff are very welcoming and they genuinely care for my children. My children have learned so much from the curriculum that is taught. I can trust all these ladies with my children and I feel comfortable. From the Center Director to the Assistant Director and the cook they are all very respectful and very caring when entering the building. I get greeted from everyone. It's like a big happy Family. Couldn't ask for a better place for my children to be safe while I work. read more
