Jim's assistant Paige promptly reached out and coordinated a schedule to come tune the piano, making the whole process very smooth. Once Jim arrived for the tuning, it took maybe a little more than an hour. He was able to easily take apart and tune the ancient Wurlitzer that sounded like a run down old honky tonk piano and turn it into a terrific sounding instrument. Aaron looked up the serial # and was able to tell me it is 95 years old! I knew it was old but had no idea how old. I wasn't sure it could even be tuned since it probably had not been tuned for at least 50 years. It had been at my parents house and came to my house after they passed.
