We had a water damage in our home and the piano sat in a couple inches of water for a few hours. I contacted Ello and told them the make and model of my piano as well as what happened. They informed me that the amount of work that the piano would need, as well as the possibility of the strings rusting and needing replacement eventually, would be way more than the value of the piano and was not worth it financially. To me the fact that they turned down work for the betterment of a client requires a lot of integrity and I appreciate that. read more
