Another fabulous night at Pacifico. Special friends intown and looking to give them a taste of Maine with flair. The atmosphere is fantastic and the food did not disappoint. We ordered an array of dishes to share , which worked out perfectly. Parking is easy too with a large public lot abutting the building.

This was a first trip to Pacifico, and definitely not our last. Greeted by friendly staff and seated in a open concept dining room / bar / kitchen. With a wide variety of columbian food for every palate. Delicious apps, delicious drinks and healthy portions to explore and enjoy. Our waitress was very informative and friendly. Make it a point to stop in and try this place. You won't be sorry. My wife and I are excited to return to try different dishes

What a super cute and delicious restaurant right in the Mills! It's completely different than any other restaurant than I've been to in the Biddeford/Saco area -- but is a great addition! This is like something I'd have in a big city and should do well here. The drinks we're all delicious and you can tell the bartender took her time and took pride in making each one. I had the Latin Mojito and it was delicious. My daughter had a coconut margarita and it was amazing! We had almost every appetizer and they were really good! The guac was perfect, the shrimp ceviche was just ok and the tostones were good. The fried fish deserves 10 stars itself. I am not a big seafood person, at all, but this fish, holy crap!!! Do not skip it!!! The mussels were ok according to my dad, he said they were definitely not PEI because they were huge and he doesn't like big muscles. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the pork belly was just ok, a bit over cooked. The server was extremely nice and helpful and went out of her way to answer our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend you check this place out!!

I think their brunch is just okay but have higher hopes for their dinner. We had a reservation at 11:45am and the interior design was what really caught our attention - high ceilings and very spacious. While scrolling through their Instagram, we were excited to order. However, the waitress informed us that more than half of the menu was unavailable. It's understandable for some dishes to be unavailable but more than half is a bit disappointing. She also mentioned home fries which is what I thought I was ordering but instead got regular fries, which were not crunchy. The fries were a 2 out of 5. The garlic aoli was delicious though. The breakfast sandwich was also a 2 out of 5 - it was kind of soggy but the outside layer of tortilla was crispy. Overall, the experience was underwhelming. Maybe going for dinner is a better idea.

It was delightful to have some interesting and unusual foods from places in Latin America other than Mexico. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, as are the wonderful staff. We really liked the open kitchen concept. The menu is quite small, but has some interesting twists. First off, you MUST try the fruit guacamole. Both the guac and the chips are different and amazingly delicious. The vegetarian rice was excellent. The pork belly was good, but not fantastic. The lava cake was excellent. It has a slim wine list, but an extensive bar menu. Very fun time.

This weekend I took my best friend and it was perfect, even in the middle of winter. The deck is still open with plenty of space heaters and even heated seat cushions. We actually got so warm we had to peel off layers, which feels like a small miracle in Maine. The two of us love a marg & taco outing, and make a point to scope out the best of the best. We started with chips and salsa and some queso, which were the perfect kickoff. Then we ordered the street corn succotash, my absolute favorite. It's packed with flavor and topped with the most delicious, salty cotija cheese that pulls everything together. I crave that dish. We split the smoked brisket tacos and the smoked pork carnitas tacos, and both were outstanding. The meat was smoky and tender, the flavors were bold without being overdone, and every bite delivered. And the margaritas? Excellent and refreshing. Exactly what you want alongside that food. On top of all that, the staff is consistently wonderful. Every single time we've gone, our waitstaff has been charming, attentive, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. They strike that perfect balance of checking in without hovering, and they make you feel welcome from start to finish. Terlingua never disappoints. Great atmosphere, incredible food, thoughtful touches that keep you cozy even in winter, and a team that clearly cares about the experience.

Ambiance/atmosphere: really nice and quite inside. The place wasn't too big, but not small enough you couldn't find a secluded spot if you wanted to. Nice music, vibrant color, and a really nice smoothie bar. Food: I ordered the steak and papas and it was delicious. Very well seasoned filet with crispy and fluffy soft potatoes with rice and really good pickles pink onions. I added quac and cheese onto it after mixing things together and when I ordered an extra side of steak they really hooked me up. So delicious. My dad ordered the patacon which has a very large and perfectly friend piece of savory plantain and topped with chicken and added steak with quac, lettuce, tomato, and a side of rice and black beans. For starters we ordered the yuca which was perfectly fried and crispy with a really good garlic aioli and cheese blanket over top. We also ordered the sweet madudo(sweet plantain) which came with cheese and was perfectly sweet and tender. So delicious. The side of tostones(savory plantain) was again perfectly friend and salted and with that garlic aioli dip and quac with pico de gallo it was fantastic. The empanadas came with all types of flavors. The beef was my favorite and had an amazing juicy, salty, and tangy flavor with the crispy casing. I'll say to skip the chicken, it was bland and had no flavor. My mom ordered the dessert empanada with cheese and a fruit inside and she said it was delicious and I'll say I can second that. The smoothies were delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. My mom ordered a Columbian milk coffee and said it was one of the greater ones she's tried, possible the best.
