He was so friendly, quick, and helpful throughout the whole meal! When we asked for the soft serve margs, he gave a knowing grin and went to fetch them. First off - these babies are just as beautiful in person as they are on Instagram! So bright, smooth, creamy, and the flavorrr... Girrrl, I could down so many of these. It's like sherbet but alcoholic. I hope they make millions of dollars off of them because holy moly, they are brilliant. Ok, so we couldn't just drink. We also tried the rancheros enchiladas and birria tacos. Both dishes were excellent. Great flavor and heavy on the cheesy goodness. The portions are super generous so of course we went home with a container stuffed full of lunch for the next day. We also came home with the churros which were so freaking good, especially with the accompanying caramel sauce. I know others have mentioned this but I must say it too - the value here is outstanding. The prices are so reasonable for what you get. The Pollo Sinaloense - a thinly pounded and breaded chicken breast topped with chorizo and cheese - was unique and delicious, and nicely balanced with a little salad and Spanish rice.
