Preparation time was quick. One drawback is the seating situation. It just requires you to be creative, like sitting at the benches across from the food stand (nearest the Ferris wheel) or go to the tables in the park area in front of the entrance to the Pier (to the right of the food stand), as there are several tables and chairs there for using to eat, if available. There wasn't enough salmon on the toast, or enough toast frankly. The toast was a thin slice and did not seem to be high-quality sourdough. The home fries were good, although they looked re-heated. My dad got the omelette that had plantains in it, and they were very sweet which caught him off guard. I think they were trying to be unique, and they were, just not in good ways.
