I met with Chris for a consultation and he explained to me how his program worked. I told Chris what my goals were and he listened. I signed up for both group classes and semi private training sessions. I attended an average of 3-5 classes per week when my schedule permitted it. The group classes do fill up quickly so you'd have to really plan ahead and sign up for it with their online scheduling. I lost a total of 5lbs within 6 months of Chris' Program and built back my endurance. I feel stronger and more energized because of his workouts. I weigh less than I did pre pregnancy! You guys need to just switch to antibacterial wipes to avoid all this headache. 1) Save some trees and use antibacterial wipes. Antibacterial wipes are made of polyester so less or no tress are harmed in making of these wipes and I am sure you guys go through countless rolls of paper towels each day. 2) Your spray bottles sucks and are always broken. Antibacterial wipes are already soaked in cleaning solution so you don't even need to use your janky spray bottles anymore. 3) Less mess and trash. Since the antibacterial wipes are already soaked in cleaning solution, you just need 1 wipe to wipe down multiple machines after each use. Compare that to ripping up 2 paper towels and spraying it with solution to clean 1 machine is a no brainer. The mens bathroom are still dirty and smells like piss constantly but I think some men are just dirty in general and no amount of cleaning is going to change this. The treadmill machines are way too close that they're practically touching one another. You guys need to think about separating the treadmill machines and giving more space in between them. I don't need to feel the sweat dripping off the person next to me.

Brandon was very friendly and helped me learn a lot about the difference in benefits between using free weights and machines. he made sure the training session was tailored exactly to what i wanted to work on and was very supportive of me when i wanted to swing around on the monkey bars haha (technically wasn't a workout, i just wanted to try it). overall, i really enjoy the amenities at this Crunch and Brandon is a great personal trainer to work with!

I paid $20 for a day pass with the intention of getting in a good workout. As soon as I paid and tried to his the equipment, that's when I found most of the equipment (exception of treadmills) was taken. As soon as something opened, someone else was there to swoop in and the waiting game reset. The gym has some pretty good options from an equipment perspective, but the person to equipment ratio doesn't support efficient hopping to different equipment in a timely manner. While I am appreciative that they offer day passes and by extension the option to work out, the crowd made it non-optimal.

I have been a client for years and love that she is always going to fitness and nutrition classes to learn different ways to keep her clients looking and feeling great.
