After searching, meditation and this method is what i found, and i found that this meditation ( SF Meditation) is what saved my life. What i like most about this program is that they care. They are invested in our mental health and well being. I have been apart of this program for a few years now and this is the reason i keep coming back. SF meditation, has been my saving grace. I have been experiencing mental clarity and this was my reason for signing up with this program. It has definitely given me a new outlook on life. I am so happy that I am finally in a good place after so many years of mental turmoil. This method is a God send

Through this stage in my life, there is a lot of stress I experience from caregiving my parents and there is more conflict I have with my wife and kids. Through my life, I sought help from supportive friends and relatives. I went to therapy. I also tried yoga and Taichi. It has not been enough. I researched meditation and came upon SF Meditation and met with Emily. When I first met her, her demeanor and aura was of calm and I already felt better with her presence. I did my first session with Emily and learned the overview of the method. Going through my life cycles was revealing. Learning to meditate with my eyes open showed me I can reflect and make better choices in how I handle life's situations as I go about my day. In the last weeks, my approach with my family is calmer, more open and less rigid. My son said once, "Is this really my mom?" and we had a good laugh. My daughter was experiencing some anxiety and I shared some helpful tips I learned from Emily, and my daughter found them helpful. I look forward to learning more and more. On how the meditation center runs: it is super accessible because they have virtual sessions. In these sessions, you meet other meditation leaders and people from all over the US. I feel like I am not only part of the Bay area community, but also a larger community worldwide. If there is one thing I would change (besides wishing I found the meditation center sooner!), I would want access to weekend in person sessions. But I understand even our meditation leaders need a break :) And on weekends, there is still access to virtual meditation, so still can get support that way.

The instructors are informative and really switch things up, which is great when trying to target different muscle groups. The parking can be really tough and they lock the door when class starts so sometimes if someone is not at the front and it took you too long to get parking you'll miss the class. The yin yoga is really helpful when you're sore and need a good stretch. The 90 minute yoga can be a bit too long for me. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and I would have continued to go had the parking not been so difficult and it's decently far from where I live.

I have only taken this teacher's class once before . Tonight the studio was not typically hot as usual, but more of a temperate climate. He kept the fans on and the doors open. It didn't take long for the room to become cool and eventually a cold draft ensued. A student requested for him to "please close the door."However to no avail. He responded, "you just need to work harder!" I then stated, "it's cold, can you close the doors please". He again resisted doing so, and claimed we were not working hard enough. I have been practicing yoga since 2001 and am a hot yoga and Hatha yoga certified instructor. Certainly, I practice hard enough. It was so disheartening to observe a teacher use his ego and disregard the sentiment of his students. I will not be taking his class again. It's such a shame when teachers exert egotistical control in the name of yoga....it negates all meaning of what yoga represents, and its purpose becomes null and void. Dr. Cuba

All entrees are set price of $12 and desserts $5. Ran out of mango sticky rice but Im glad they had sakoo which was one of the items I came for! Payment is through either Venmo or Zelle transfer. You order at the front and they give you a number. When everything is ready, they put it in a cardboard box for you to carry. There's also the option to enjoy it at the tables Sakoo was a perfect combination of nutty from the crushed peanut filling, savory from the pork and fried shallots and slight sweetness of tapioca skin. Thai style papaya salad was refreshing, citrusy and crunchy. You can choose between mild or medium spice. The ground pork salad was a good portion but a little too wet for me - maybe from the condensation. The sticky rice included was good though! Ingredients and herbs were all fresh Staff isn't too fluent in English but still friendly and helpful. Would love to come back to support them and try their other items!

You can walk in or text your order in advance, pay ahead or in person. The service and experience have been pleasant so it is a 4/5 for me but the food averages to be 3/5, but I just want to support them. Pricing is pretty straightforward: $12 entrees, $5 dessert, $3 Thai iced tea. They may have some items off the menu so don't be afraid to ask if you've seen something one week but not on the menu the next week. My favorite items to get: pork laab, pad see ewe (doesn't taste like the restaurant ones but that's ok), pork laab, saku (chewy sweet/savory dumpling with peanuts and ground meat), and mango sticky rice.

Her flow gets your heart rate up, makes you sweat, and always leaves your body feeling great afterward. It's the perfect balance of challenge, movement, and clarity. Linda's 5pm class just before is also an amazing class. It's labeled as a Vinyasa Flow- Heated, and it's definitely not a beginner class. Her flow is fast-paced, her sequencing is thoughtful, and she's an extremely talented teacher with great energy and precision. A very sweet Asian lady with a beautiful French accent! Since the holidays were coming up, she said she was traveling for a wedding and it was really cute and sweet that she shared the extra information. She gave great instruction on how to hold Yoga blocks and work different muscles. Even though this was a beginner class , I felt like I learned some new things since I've been doing yoga for about 13 years now. I would love to take another class here again! There's also an amazing little coffee shop down the way they have organic coffee with pink tables out in front! You should definitely check out that coffee shop!
