When I started, I felt weak and dealt with a lot of small aches and pains throughout my body. Now I feel so much more stable, balanced, stronger, and pain-free. The combination of Bikram and Pilates classes is excellent, and the two complement each other really well. Not to mention the added bonus of the heat - the sauna-like environment brings its own longevity and recovery benefits on top of everything else. The instructors are inspiring and the community is great -- honestly, a big part of why I keep coming back. I can't recommend this place enough! The studio recently closed for about 10 days to replace the floor mats. While they were closed, I went to another studio in a nearby city to do Inferno Hot Pilates. It had a much larger space. I thought it was kind of neat, but I noticed that almost everyone did not speak to the person near them. During the class no one made any noises. There was no "hooting and hollering." Even when the instructor asked how everyone was doing, no one said anything. The classes were ok at first, but by the 3rd class it became boring. There are a lot of regular yogis at Sangha. We are friendly and we talk to each other and to the new people if they want to talk. If you're new, you're encouraged to go at your own pace. You rest when you need to rest. We also "hoot & holler." There's a lot of energy in the class that makes it fun. We get energy from each other & the good music. The more yogis there are the more fun it becomes. It doesn't matter if you're what type of body shape you have. No one cares. The regular yogis also come in all shapes & sizes. We're all just trying to be healthy & have fun. The studio is clean. The instructors are always cleaning the floor mats & mirrors. There's no weird odors. You will not be lying in someone else's puddle of sweat. The owners/instructors are super friendly. This studio is very welcoming.

I went to one of their sound healing events at Shelldance Orchid Gardens this last weekend and had a very magical experience. There was a stage with all the sound healing instruments such as sound bowls, drums, etc. and they even came around and played the sound bowls on each person. I took a Y6 sculpt class Sunday morning and it was exactly what I needed. I was a bit sore from previous days weight training and also receiving a deep tissue massage the day before. The warm class and moves/poses and light cardio really loosened me up and helped me get a great sweat going! For me the cool down is where I can really tune in with myself and regulate my nervous system, DONT SKIP IT! In this fast and crazy world we need to slow down and have some more self awareness, it's vital to our mental and emotional health. Katie's calm and professional guidance during these morning classes gives me a great start to my day. Studio is clean and staff are kind and helpful. The app and reservation system are easy to use. I originally signed up for the 3 intro classes and was immediately hooked after my first week. For those on the fence, try it out. You'll never regret investing in your health.

There are a few areas that could use more cleaning, especially spots where there's more sweat on the floor, and the bathroom can get a little messy. But overall, the workout itself is great and the instructors are wonderful. Each instructor has their own style--some are very focused on posture and form, while others like to talk and engage with the class. I really enjoy the variety. Overall, I love it here and am really happy to be back! I especially like Jennifer and wish she offered more classes.

Joann's morning Hatha class is great for de-stressing. The sequences are simple but rejuvenating. We move through meditations and breathing exercises at a leisurely pace. When I want more of a challenge, I go to Josh or Tiffany's Vinyasa classes. They seamlessly flow us through faster-paced flows focused on breath and building up to more advanced arm balances or backbends. Both are so encouraging and help modify poses for all skill levels. It was a breeze checking in and ahhh the liability waiver at the front. It was a sweet space with see through window from the lobby. I brought my baby boy and he had an absolute blast crawling around and meeting little ones like himself. The yoga session was perfectly tailored for moms and Meredith was so accommodating with different yoga poses, making sure we breathed in and out, holding my baby at one point since he started fussing, and giving position adjustments. The practice was very calming and I loved the flow. The other moms were so sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend this class to any new moms, it was so energizing and comforting!

I took it on a Thursday night, before doing my 3 shifts in a row (they were extra challenging so I'm glad I did this beforehand). I loved having to hold the positions longer to really stretch. I'm not used to slowing down in life so I thought I might be getting bored but it's something I need to work on. The class was so relaxing I almost fell asleep three times. The studio was calming and there was ample space for us yogis. I did have to ask the instructor Valeryia what equipment I needed and couldn't hear her that well during the practice, but I'm sure it was inspirational.
