Heard great things about this place but when I went and got my tint done, it was a different story, my interior is now messed up with whatever chemicals they used, check out the picture. They also didn't wipe down the wet water residue or chemicals that came down my window from the inside. It was all wet and and drenched. This place is legit. I recommend this place if your looking to get your window tinted. Why? I called Pro Tint for a quote for a 2018 civic hatchback. Price was $350, but they would need to remove the rear spoiler to do the job which I would have to pay another $100 for the labor. All that just for a tint. I don't feel comfortable having someone else, who might not exactly do a perfect job with removing the spoiler without any possible damages, to perform such task. I'm sure they can do the job and I don't blame them for the extra charge to remove the rear spoiler to install the tint, but I rather not take the chance of possible cosmetic damages or other issues that might arsies. So next place I call was Pacific window tint. Was quoted same price of $350 for the high end materials as Pro Tint. Why this place over Pro Tint? The owner invest his own time and money to buy a rear windowshield in order to make the tinting process easier for newer civic hatch back without having to remove the spoiler before hand to do the job. That's the rare kind of business owner you don't see nowadays where businesses would try to nickle and dime you to death for their own profit. Job was done in last than 2 hour and look fantastic. This place might not have a lot of review like other places like Pro Tint but it's 5 stars rating for a reason. Also, I remember reading a yelp review somewhere that it also depends about the way how someone answer the phone matters. FYI, it does matter. If you sound rude and don't seem to have time or want my business (Pro Tint), I can take my business else where. Evan is a cool guy, and his business is great. This was the first time ever tinted my windows. When I first brought it in, I didn't know what % tint I wanted, so I went with some lighter tints. I then called him about 15 min later to ask if I can get my back side windows the darkest % tint, he then removed the tint that he already installed free of charge. Giving them a 2 stars because I was offered a refund which was what I preferred. I scheduled an apt took it in left it for 5 hrs I didn't rush them.or questioned the higher price(other places gave me cheaper quote but I thought this place would be good.) When I got my truck back the window panel plastic had scratches mind u this is a brand new 21. Model truck so of course it happened here,u could tell they where careless working on my truck they left the scratches and all of the liquid that dried all over windows and outside they didn't even bother to protect the leather they let the liquid dry and stain it I had to get it detailed afterwards !!!!and alllll the windows had bubbles! which kept getting bigger as time passed. The film was cut so wrong it looked like a child had cut it honestly the job was a joke and I felt offended it looked horrible I could not believe someone who says they are professional would let a paying customer leave like that! I went back he said he would fix in a week because he didn't have time an neither did i when I went back to get it fixed even though I was hesitent but I didn't want my money to go to waste when I showed up ,they were busy and expected me to leave it with them again no thankyou no need for more damage! when I said I wasn't leaving it that I was waiting he told me to come back in an hour when I did he said he was just going to give me my money back which I was fine with because I did not trust them with my car anymore but he could have not waisted my time driving back and forth and just gave me my money back the first time or just have done the job correctly the first time like a professional would! I paid $396 and waisted 8 hours all together o and of course I had to get the leather detailed because of them! Other places quoted me 250 at the most but I thought they would do a better job I got my money back but my time waisted I never will! I brought my new Forester to be tinted. I'm glad I did. I made an appointment. Evan did an awesome install job. He explained and went over the types/colors of tint and pricing. After the install, he explained the do and don'ts ...l shouldn't roll down the windows or get them wet (inside) for the next 2-3 days. The owner/operator of this business is super friendly. I was lucky to find him locally and would not consider getting work done anywhere else. I heard recently he also does commercial spaces, but for me he has done several of my vehicles. Most recently he added a security tint that actually kept thieves out of my truck (twice). For anyone that knows the movie theater in downtown Stockton, you know it is not an ideal place to be parking for a midnight movie. I got back to my truck late and noticed the window shattered but still in place. I got in closed the door, turned on the stereo (that was still there) and drove home without one piece falling out. I giggled a little thinking of how frustrated the little crook must have been.
